  57. Good morning Sue
It's a brilliant idea to emboss the frames before cutting them, it was something I struggled with when the card kept popping out of the die. But doing it your way makes it so much easier to pop the card back into the die. During the summer while out walking I came across yellow poppies they were beautiful and something I had never seen before. Today's card is stunning I love this poppy die all your flowers are on my 'list' lol!
I'm dog sitting this morning and that's my idea of heaven so really looking forward to it.

  70. Good afternoon Sue and the Wilsonettes,
What a bonny card Sue and with the peach behind the topper, it just shows off the topper to its fullest making a stunning card that anyone would be over the moon to receive. Asked hubby dies last night for Christmas as i would love to be able to have some of your new collection that i just fell in love with but since he decided that i have more than enough dies i'm not getting that so no doubt it will be something that i don't want or need yet again this year. why can men not see the enjoyment and pleasure that these pieces of metal give to us? or may be it's just mine. Anyway flower i will get them eventually it will just take a bit of a while but it doesn't stop me from admiring all that you can make them do as todays piece of inspiration shows. Thank you Sue for bringing some brightness to our day once more as you give us something that we can so look forward to, and that's inspiring beautiful pieces of art.

  80. Okay, I've decided you must die cut and design in your sleep....do you ever run out of ideas?

My two fav colors are yellow and red....so the custard card appeals to me...definitely. I love, love, love the double pierced frame coupled with the adornments. So beautiful!!!

I totally understood from the video about embossing first, then cutting...I hate it when I cut first and then the die cuts pop out of the dies and how difficult it is sometimes to get them back in the die again for embossing. Very clever of you to emboss first. I remember you doing this on a previous post, but I need to now give it a try myself. Wonderful solution.

    Great card today....as always.

Actually got some crafting done today as it's part of a present for my brother's fiancee, one more to do plus a couple of cards and then all the craft stuff has to be cleared away to make space for family.
I emailed the Dr to ask if there is any way I can have a glass of wine with my meds, I expect it will be a no so I will have to stick to elderflower presse.
