Configurations

Hello crafters!  A trio of new Configurations dies are on offer during this blog post!  I find that these trim dies are just the perfect way to add a nice accent to your edges and frames. See how well they work with the new Double Pierced Nobles!   I have also done a set of square corners.  Okay they are squares, but they are great in corners too!  The square corners have separate outer cutting edges so again, the versatility is wonderful.  I have done a lovely card for the video which showcases the Square Corner set and I'm excited for you to see it when it is ready to go.  Just a reminder, but don't forget to add your name to the comments to be entered in the drawing.  The last post for today will go live at 4pm today.  All for now, Sue x

  46. Hi Sue
Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh - want want want want want - need need need need need.
I am smiling from ear to ear. Every time you launch any of your new dies it never ceases to amaze me how stunningly beautiful they are when you show us what can be done. Thank you so much for being so willing to share your git with us x
    Oh and I love you lots x x x x x x
Norah - love your 'ramblings' - ramble away x
Rebecca - love your idea of name the die but think name the Wilsonette could prove much more entertaining x
Lorraine - maybe Darcey just doesn't like you - if you need to use M & S as a tool to bribe your fluffy friend then I think there is a problem. Most 'normal' feline companions are happy to return to their owners by choice. I think you need to bite the bullet and move on. If your cat doesn't like you there's not much hope.
I find your condescending 'dig' about your education being superior to mine a tad patronizing. Brains are all well and good but common sense much more useful. Lol x Like you I would never intentionally want to offend or upset anyone. Humour has been one of the things that has helped me through some very difficult times. As you say I would like to think that one of our regular Wilsonettes would tell us if they thought we were taking things too far. Catch you later Thelma. Lots of love Louise x
Maureen - Not too bad - just know when to take things easy in order to avoid getting so exhausted that I am completely out of action x
Deb C - missing you - hope you are ok x
    All for now lovely people

  73. Good afternoon Sue and the Wilsonettes,
Oh these flourishes just had that special touch to the frame to turn it into something so different. What beauty they can do and create with just the one or match it up and make it different again. The graceful trim looks daintier and more delicate than the other one, the charming lace as it reminds me of my Auntie Katies mantel clock that she had, the shape of the charming lace and the style that it takes. Really must trade in my imagination as you make cards and i see things of long ago in my mind. Thank you Sue for yet another lovely to intice us with and like the rest i can't wait until the video comes out on the corner squares.
Have a great day everyone and see you later. I have a wee chappie who is not too happy at the moment so bye for now

  151. I was so excited to see your pierced squares and rectangles. I love this signature look of yours, and often incorporate it in my own cards, but it is time consuming. Now we have an easier way to achieve the look! Love those lacy edges also.

  159. Greetings Sue & the Merry Crew of WW (Wonderful Wilsonettes)!
Eeeeeeeeee! That was my exclamation when I opened this post-and it was accompanied by a happy little wiggle! Let's see, my favorite of the 3 is the Charming Lace Trim. No wait, it is definitely the Corner Squares. Uhm, no, maybe it's the Graceful Lace Trim, ya that's the one for sure. Oh, on second (3rd, 4th, 5th) thought, it's absolutely positively (or as I like to say, absatively posolutely) 100% the Charming Lace Trim! Or...ha, I know the solution! I NEED them all!!!! What a delight! Sue you continue to amaze!
No time to read all the posts but someone mentioned needing to pull off a bank heist? Need an accomplice? I shouldn't be the driver tho because I'd draw too much attention driving on the wrong side of the road and all (silly Americans).
Now I'm off to look at the next offering (that's one benefit of my sleep time being different, I get to wake up to 2 posts)! Rebecca in Colorado

  183. Sue I have no idea where I am on the comment scene but I do know that you have worked very, very hard mentally and physically giving us so many dies at once and which I am totally in awe of. Have already got some of them by pre-ordering and now with your ideas and published notes I have lots of NEW concepts for my friends and family cards. Just wish I was faster crafting! Your examples of cards are invaluable to us and all the new suggestions are just great. Thank you so much Sue MaureenB. Mem
