Hi bloggers! A mixture of Scandinavian and New York collection for today's blog card. I started with a piece of aqua card and embossed it with the Climbing vines embossing folder for texture. I added a bottom piece of coconut white card that was cut on the diagonal and then scored. I cut a New York border in white and glued it across the diagonal and added flatback pearls to it. The Copenhagen die was cut in black as a backdrop for my focal element. I stamped the Honey Flower stamp in black and cut it out with the matching die in the Stockholm die set. I inked it with Aqua Adirondack before removing it from the die and added it to the focal element with mounting foam. I stamped my sentiment and cut it out with the oval die from the centre of the Scandinavian Background. I cut a New York tag and attached my sentiment to it, then mounted it to the top of my card, slightly overlapping my focal element. I tied a white seam binding messy bow, added a black jute bow to it and topped it with an aqua and white Camellia flower. I pierced a white mat to frame it, then added a thin aqua card and thin black card mat and a final white mat layer to complete the card. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x
