Hi Sue. How do you do it? I am not a big fan of lots of green but I always love any of your green cards!: )
ReplyDeleteCameeli, glad to hear that you have had those oh so special first cuddles. Good luck with trying to concentrate at work!
Pam, it is strange not seeing your name at the top of the comments but a little further down each day. You must be having a few extra minutes in bed (very sensible) : )
Sending my daily hugs to everyone. Take care.

Beautiful card,love the colours.
ReplyDeleteMorning Sue
ReplyDeleteThank you for starting my day off with the first of your videos for 2015.
Today's gift is wonderful and so versatile in format to be used for any occasion I think.
I'm not a true lover of green having had to be dressed in it for five years in school uniform but you can certainly win me over with today's palette. It's so so gentle.
I have one or two of your stamps to die for and as yet have not managed to use them so another thank you for giving me the nudge I need.
Cameeli - CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a Nan/Gran and it's a boy. Oh what fun you're going to have with him. Cuddles all round to you and yours. What a way to start your return to work after the holidays. You couldn't have had a better one.
Sandra - hope you're ready with your Belgian Bun as breakfast will be served in about 15 mins.
It's very very very white outside with a deep frost this morning so I hope you're well wrapped up as you don't have the luxury of a log burner there. Perhaps you can get Paul to put in a chitty requesting one from stores!!!lol.
Norah - I'm hoping you're managing to come round from your horrible end to an awful year you had. It will be lovely to have you back.
Well as it's so cold outside and I'm not venturing outside the door today I can see a full on crafting day ahead for me. The kitchen will look like a war zone at the end of the day but it will show just how busy I've been creating (oh how I wish I had a little smidge of Sue's inspiration). Mr E's job today is to top up all the bird feeders etc so that will keep him busy for a time.
To all in pain/suffering I hope you feel better soon. To all please take care and stay safe. See you tomorrow.
Janet. x
PS Mr E has just returned from the bakery and informs me it's -5 so the birds need feeding extra and it's definitely an at home day.
Lovely card & great video. Looking forward to the rest of the videos in this series.
ReplyDeleteMichele
GM Sue - love the watermark effect - I must remember to use this more - also love that ruched ribbon - so effective.

Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed the first video of 2015, looking forward to seeing many more. You make it look so easy, I have tried the ruffled ribbon technique and mine just looked a mess, cockeyed, uneven and just not right. Might give it another go though because it looked fabulous on your card, which was gorgeous as ever. Wish I could afford reels of seam binding in all the various colours, but at £20 a reel, I always buy off white and have to dye it myself, I prefer to save my pennies to buy more of your fabulous dies!!
Love and hugs for all
