  1. Hello Sue and everyone, stunning card today, I love it.
    Deyanira you are very welcome.
Pat, Mrs B and Sandra, bet yesterday's visit was great, wish we could all do it.
Tandy, thinking of you. Steph, hope you are feeling a little better, hang in there.
There is a new post on Caringbridge about Robbie's first week home, for those who follow his progress. Mary and George are so happy he is home, although it is hard work until a routine is established.
Hugs all round especially the babies, Norah and Rory and all who are down or not well. Help yourselves folks.

    Morning Sue
What a beautiful gift this morning.
The colour palette is just sumptuous and very very Autumnal. It's also one that would be a very good stand by for those occasions when someone needs a gift quickly or for those pesky males in our lives who are always awkward to cater for.
Your blending of colours is superb; I'm afraid that whenever I try this it just looks like a bucket full of rubbish. I have tried many times to improve this area but just seen to get nowhere with it.

Brenda Lello - Mr E's been on Warfrin for a good many years now as he has an irregular heart beat and so he like you eats his green in moderation and again like you loves them. We think his INR went wonky because he had to have anti-biotics for a chest infection a couple of weeks ago so it should be oK but as you say it can be wonky very easily.
Norah - you echo my thoughts completely.

It's a very dull morning here but at least a dry one. Hope it stays that way as it's Mr E's day out and I get the house to myself!!
I managed to get the thank you card half done so have to do the other half today. I'm so slow these days; never mind it will be done.

To all who are not 100% hope you feel better as the day moves on. To all take care and stay safe.
    See you tomorrow.

Oh how i love this beautiful card Sue so much that it is the reason i got these stamps. I love the colours you have made it and the keeking through the beautiful butterfly apertures. A stunning card Sue, thank you.
Sheila, i hope that you have a lovely clickety click birthday and so glad that the 4 muskateers had a great day out yesterday. It's lovely to go somewhere different but oh so much better when with good company.
Mary will get into a routine with Robbie and she will also make sure that he will be the very best that he can, as mothers, we have that determination for our children and keep them going when all else would give up. YOU CAN DO IT ROBBIE.
Janet, i hope that Mr E results are good when he goes and all that leaves is him to worry about "you can't take all that stuff" where to pack it for your trip back to Burgundy. Although i think you are looking forward to being able to people watch and eat those delicious pastries again. It might be a tad cold for people watching though. Fingers are crossed for your plans flower.
Meg, now remember you have to share wee Leo's cuddles and not try to make up for lost cuddling time. I hope that both his mum and him are bouncing with health again.
Heather T, you are in my thoughts and prayers flower. Please don't give up on hope with your beloved brother.
Tandy, i am saying a little prayer for you too my flower and your grandchildren, wee mites that they are.
Sandra, Pat and Mrs B, i hope you all had a great time yesterday although i suspect not a lot of crafting got done. Sandra, i hope that your pain is calming down again flower from your battle with the physio. I know that they are supposed to help alleviate the pain, but some how they manage to make it worse.
Lynne and Lindsay, missing you girls and hope that you will return again soon. Take care girls.
Well it is a tad cold up here in Glenochil today and i am feeling wiped out from my jaunt yesterday so i will just say that i am sending hugs to all my special Wilsonette Angels and thank you one and all for what you give to me everyday, friendship and care for which i thank you from the bottom of my heart. 77. Hi Sue. I have just watched your video. As always it is fab !! Very helpful and you make it all look so easy !! This is a really beautiful, stunning card today Sue. I love it all. I have the stamps but not the butterfly dies yet. They are on my huge wish list !! I love the pretty aperture that the butterfly die has created. I love how you have designed some of your dies to leave pretty edges around the cut apertures, allowing the crafter to make beautiful cards, whether using the die cut shape or the piece of card that has the aperture in it !! Making your dies so much more versatile. Thank you for all your clever designing.
The stamps behind the apertures are beautiful Sue and the colours of the distress inks you have used look fab together. I love your creative expressions bold sentiment and your tiny butterflies are Sooo cute !!
Thank you for your fab video and beautiful card today Sue. Sending you lots of love from Tres x x x

  79. Good morning Sue - this card is so stunning - it is simple yet amazing and the pop of colour with the black shows it off to the best.
Pam I sm sure Robbie will now go from strength to strength he has shown already what an amazing young man he is. Your brother and his wife will find it hard I am sure, as they are effectively solely responsible without the nurses around, but with such a strong family support I am convinced the whole family will get through this difficult time. And you must look after yourself as well - how is your ankle now - hope the swelling is going down and you are able to get out a bit more.
Cameeli I hope life is slightly brighter for you now and I am sure your focus is on your upcoming special event.
Heather T I am sending hugs and prayers for you and your brother.
Tandy you are going through a horrible time I am thinking of you and of course your precious 'grandchildren'.
Norah I hope you are progressing with your mums house and garden.
Off to see my MS Nurse today - I must not get too stressed trying to find somewhere to park.
Hugs all round and have a good day all.

  133. Hi Sue,
Hi Everyone, I have just been crafting away happily and had almost made today's card when the handle on my Grand Calibur snapped off just above the piece you hold.
Has anyone else had this problem - do I have to buy a new machine? It is not brand new but it isn't old either!
Aargh! Just as I was making some headway.
    Sorry to moan.
    Love Myra

  138. Good morning Sue and Wilsonette Angels,
Card one is different Sue in an elegant way which i will try with the stamps that i have, but number 2 looks like you have made the middle out of chipboard(looks like it is quite thick is what i mean)as it really stands out with the silver back to it as a shadow. And none of them have a bow anywhere in sight which i know you have done to please all our no bows Wilsonettes. Two beautiful cards that i will try next week when i have cleared the decks a bit with all my sewing and invitations. Thank you Sue for continuing to inspire us with your beautiful creations.
Pam, Robbie will get there not because of his injuries but in spite of them. Mary will need to put her love to one side when making him do what he doesn't want to, as this is the only way that he is going to become stronger and beat his disability to become whole again. She can become mum again when he has done everything he needs to each day, giving him all the love and support that a mother can. He will beat this and with the love of his parents, family and friends he will be strong once more.
Myra P, contact Sue and she will source a new handle for you. Hemming not done yet and will need to be done today as he will need them tonight as on nightshift. He is on the new forth crossing at South Queensferry and although there is a speed limit in place to protect the men on the roads working, the amount of idiots that pay no heed to it is amazing, so the hi viz clothes are so needed. I was trying out the silver diamonti hearts with the ribbon for my nephews wedding invites. I have now everything cut out for the invites except the wording which i need to print of today and cut to fit.
Steph, oh i so wish that we had a switch that could erase and blank out the awful memories. Since we don't have that, i am sending you a hug instead flower.
Heather T, my thoughts, prayers and hugs are with you too, flower.
Tandy, I am thinking of you also dear lady, your son and those wee grandchildren of yours. I truly hope that common sense will come to the powers that be.
My hills have been pinched this morning by the fog, but it is colder and damp up here in the Wee County. I hope that Alison is getting better weather this visit up to Scotland than she has had in the past. Got Kirsten to pick up from the garage as her car goes into have a service and then back to getting these trousers all altered. Have a great day where ever you are today and hugs to all my Angels both on blog and not at the moment, thinking of dear angels not able to make it the now for one reason or another
    Love and crafty hugs

  139. Hi Sue

I have looked at your cards over the last few weeks and they have been absolutely beautiful.

I'm sorry I have been missing for a while. My daughter is still having problems with her appendix, and her maid of honor was diagnosed with cervical cancer. we have all been so down in the dumps and so worried. Claire has been so worried about her friend and it hasn't done anything to help with her problem. So I just had to take time out.The prognosis for Claire's friend, fingers crossed look favourable.

I have read so much good and sad news on the blog.

Pam absolutely fantastic news about Robbie going home, a long road ahead but he can do it with his family around him.

Lovely Leo back home to where he belongs. Bless him

Cheryl. Bless you, you have been through the mill, thinking of you XX

Norah, I have thought about you everyday, and you have sent lovely messages on my blog with all you have been through. XX

To all the lovely supportive people on my blog THANK YOU SO MUCH XX

    Kind Regards

    Tina XX
