Triple PinPoint Panel

Hi guys!  This card is to show off the new Pinpoint embossing folders and show you another way to use the Delicate Daisy dies to create a completely different looking floral element on your cards.  I've kept it pretty simple so it isn't too long either!  No excuse not to watch! LOL

Buy from Joanna Sheen

Finished dimensions are 7" x 7 3/4" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Hello Sue and everyone, another beautiful card today, look forward to watching video later. Love the panels and the flower is gorgeous.
Lindsay hope your boy starts to improve soon, it has been a long time for him.
Tres, what an amazing story, your poor Nan must have been so sad to lose her love after the war like that, but you now have the joy of meeting your family for her. Have a great time and build loads of happy memories, Nan will be watching.
Tandy, you be careful, don't overdo it. Tina, hopefully I will lose this cast tomorrow. But may have to have walking cast or boot. Fingers crossed for best outcome. Daughter has modified frame but hands are too sore to appreciate it yet, I am such a wimp.
Steph, hope thumb is feeling better, I hurt just thinking about it. Did you see my email address yesterday.
Love and hugs to all of the special people on this blog. xx

    morning Sue
What a wonderful way to start a Tuesday - joining you in your beautiful craft room.
I just cannot wait to get back to the UK just because your new folders are there waiting for me. I now wish I'd paid the extra postage and had them delivered here to me. I can see that today's folder is going to be used and used and used. I love today's colours and what a different way to use your full daisy die - I would never have thought of creating a different flower out of the full daisy die but I shall now. I only wish you could bottle your ideas/thoughts and what a fantastic launch that would be.

It's the monthly market today in Corbigny - our local market town - and it will be the last one we see this summer. So I shall be once again choosing which road I want to see and then it's coffee and people watch while Mr E goes off on his travels round the rest of the market. It's been the biggest week-end of the year in Corbigny and so after today they will be getting back to their little sleepy ways and preparing for Autumn. We may get to see a big market in Oct/Nov depending on when we arrive/leave etc. As it's the last market of our summer visit perhaps we may just have to pop into the pastry shop and treat ourselves to an extra pastry this week!!!

Pam - I'll have everything crossed for you tomorrow. My youngest daughter had to have a walking cast on a few months ago now when she fell down the stairs. It was one of those that look like the leg covers that they had in Star Wars. She had to wear it during the day but could take it off for the night but like you not been able to load bear for six weeks it was like heaven to have two feet on the ground.

Sandra - I know you're just popping in whilst on holiday so just a little note to say hope you're having a good time and the weather is being kind.

Hope everyone is feeling a little better today and that all your storms and high winds have now stop and left you with some beautiful sunshine.
Take care everyone and see you tomorrow.

Tres what a lovely story it reminds me of our family last year my daughters best friend at school messaged her to say her grandparents photo was in the paper as they where celebrating 60years of marriage so Jessica asked if I would ring her Grandma to save the paper (we don't get one) when I did Mum said she had kept the paper as she said the woman in the picture looked like her older sister so when I saw picture I thought so too, so we started asking questions and it turns out the 2 Grandma's are cousins who lost touch many years ago as their mums where sisters but my Mum lost her Mum when she was 5 and the families did not see each other as my Grandad remarried.
We hope to get them together soon and now not only is Holly her best friend she is related too and it was all down to a photo in a paper x

  124. Hi Sue, Thank you bunches for this great video. I just love this card, as I love all your other cards as well. I was particularly happy that I saw this one as I wondered for a long time how you did the piercing on your cards. I used to think..hmmm does she pierce them by hand or have an embossing folder that does this? Now I know and want one of those piercing rulers! Lol! I also want that embossing folder big time!! Thanks again! Hugs Lori R.

  125. Hi Sue

This is a lovely card, love the embossing folder, i have just made a sympathy card for a friend's husband using the triptyc format and put on a spellbinder butterfly covered with micro beads and a simple forked ended strip with a 'with sympathy' phrase stamped on it, the colour was blue, white with a black edge all round, i don't think i would of been able to make such a simple but effective card without learning from you Sue so thankyou.

    Best Wishes

Thank you, your video tutorial as always is brilliant and the card is absolutely stunning, I love all of your new embossing folders, they have all gone on the WishList, it just keeps growing.
Lovely busy crafting day, have made a birthday card for my sister, a wedding anniversary card for younger daughter and husband, one more to make for another relative, then I'm done....... It's blissful joy.
Both daughters and their family returned from holiday yesterday, first one came in the morning. Hubby drove their car to Gatwick to meet them, and they went off home to Essex. Younger daughter arrived at Gatwick in the afternoon so hubby went back again to pick them up and return home. We are now back on grandparent duty !!!
Hope everyone is having a good day, love Brenda xxx

    Pam best wishes for tomorrow.

Have loved all of the stories coming up lately, thank you for sharing them. LOL

  153. Hi Sue. Evening Wilsonettes. Wow, what a wonderful super moon last night I hope some of you managed to see it.
I watched your lovely tutorial earlier this morning Sue and again enjoyed every second, you allow me to digest lots of helpful idea's and tips. I particularly loved how you folded your sentiment flag, simple but so effective, I use flag's for a lot of my sentiments, and now I can use your clever idea for variety. Thank you.
That was this morning - I stumbled into my little craft area, took 1 look at the 6x6 cards Im using for the childrens birthday cards, and walked out again ! Someone stole my afternoon ! Im sooo ridiculasly tired I cant even begin to explain just how tired I am !!! I've tried to find some enthusiasm to make a few small cards today, but NO chance. What an awful lazy day, I hate days like this !
Like you Sue, and so many of my friends here I love attatching panals to the front of my cards, but your new EF's make them stand out a lot more than usual and going over them with the white ink gave them the W.O.W effect we have come to love from you.
I think I may have to add one (for now) to my 'not so hidden' want list LOL as in a few months time I shall have to be making the hard decision if what I want MOST for my birthday and C to allow Mr L to start saving, bless.

    Yes thank you Pam.
My thumb is fine, just so very inconvienient not having my longish nail to type and craft with ( such a great nail for lifting red backed tape and mounting foam) ! Never mind it will grow back - eventually !
TOB - hope tomorrow is a little better, and the same goes to my dearest friends that also dont feel so well today.
Keeping it all crossed for you tomorrow Pam my love.
Julie and all my sweet friends xxx and gentle hugs coming your way (you know who you all are)
    Thank you Sue.

Coffee and bed. Look forward to looking at Wednesdays delight : )

What a super video showcasing a stunning card ! I love the new EFs. I don't have the one you used on today's card but I think it's a must have. I do have the daisy die , however, and I just knew that was going to be a winner! Love that flower. Thanks Sue. Been having a busy week with the children but today we had some very chuffed girls! I had used your rose dies to cut out flowers from felt - Creative Expressions felt. The girls then put them together and stuck them onto hairbands. They were easy enough to do but looked really lovely. Some had pearls in the centre and some had a sparkly brad or pearl brad. Thanks Sue - you made me look competent today! Two days down - three to go!
Steph - sorry you having a bad day. Hope tomorrow is much better. I did see that wonderful moon last night also a glorious pink sunset!
