  10. Hi Sue,
As always Awesome Video that I will watch many times, I really love "The JustRite Floral Stamp Set" and it's great how you ruched the Ribbon either side of your stamped image, and those Fabulous Gilding Waxes they are brilliant on your project, I store mine in a A5 container when you open the lid they smell is divine if you like that sort of thing!!!
It shows up on your background so well, and like you mentioned just the touch of Antique Linen Distress Ink which is great as it's not to heavy around the edges of your stamped images once they've been through the Grand Calibur, "Fantastic Card" as always Sue thanks for sharing and the wonderful Video's I know it must take up a lot of your time when your home but they are so much appreciated!!!
love and hugs from Sam x

  36. Good morning Sue and fellow Wilsonettes,
I have to agree that it definately has that art deco feel to it. I can see the garter homage and because of the colours it would not look out of place in that era. It's a lovely card Sue and the fact that the boys like it as well means that it one less we have to try and rack our brains at a mans' card, as they are notoriously difficult to make a card for.
Cameeli fingers are still crossed for you as it is wonderful that you have been shortlisted. All your Wilsonette friends have their fingers and everything that we can crossed in making your dream come true.
Well if i say my beloved hills have snow on them it will tell you what kind of weather Costa de Glenochil has today. Take care everyone and hopefully see you tomorrow.
    Love and crafty hugs

I bought your sea garden background folder a little while ago and that I think that has also become one of my new favourites !! I think your colour combo is great. Black, milk and a touch of gold. The vintage labels 3 dies from Justrite are on my ever growing wish list. I like your ruched technique to with the ribbon. Another great idea to try.

  103. Hello Mrs W. Hi there beautiful Wilsonettes. High 5 Cameeli Id like to cross my fingers but I cant, they are too short and dont work too good which is WHY I just have to try rouching that ribbon, if nothing else it will make me laugh just watching my stupid fingers trying to keep the ribbon AND and red liner tape in line ! Maybe I should make a comedy video of me attempting to rouche : )
I adore that stamp set and I treated myself to the Peacock Feathers guilding wax today. I also bought a pot of mica powder and its even prettier than everyone says - I just want to blooming well use it, and I will once I've got these 'crazy' driving test cards out the way ! Is it to much to ask to get back to making my 'usual' nice cards and use 'normal' craft goodies, and I HAVE HAVE to start the Valentine cards ready for the market/craft fair ! Mind you, a good night sleep is required as these weird cards are keeping me awake at night - If I see another Micra I may just cry : ) Or ask for therapy, I need proper craft therapy, the ONLY way to get that is to watch our Sue again and again and sooo much beauty to chose from, thank you Sue.
    Im done.
    Off for therapy.
    Love you all.
