Girliness Today

Hi guys!  This is definitely a girlie girl card, from the lace border to the swirly die to the messy bow and embellishment.  Every inch of it is all girl today.  I started by cutting an aperture in the background with the Heartfelt Decorative Window.  Leaving the die in place, I placed it on the tiny polka dot mask and embossed the background.  I stamped my sentiment on coconut white card and embossed a bit of texture into it using the Creative Expressions Flourish folder designed by Sam Poole.  I placed mounting foam on the back of my aperture and mounted it over my sentiment so it was raised for dimension.  I cut one more of the Decorative windows in pink blush card and glued it to the inside of the aperture piece.  Next I cut one of the Decorative Lace Borders from Heartfelt Creations.  I cut the border into three sections.  The first section was the lattice part of it.  I backed this with a piece of the Blush card to give it a bit of colour.  I used the remaining sections of the border by slightly overlapping them for a lacey effect.  I tied a messy bow out of seam binding and added a pearl embellishment to the centre.  To complete the piece, I used Cosmic Shimmer pearl PVA glue to add dots around the top half of the card.  I hope it isn't too girlie for you!  All for now, Sue x

It stopped feading my plates in. So i got in touch with spellbinders just for advice and i was shocked with the reply. Their sending a corrier to pick it up and take it to be repaired but if it cant be done they will replace it at no cost to me. And it is over 12month old. So i must say that they have got a wonderfull custamer service. But i will miss it when its gone.
