Hi blog friends! Aren't the "just because" cards the best to get! I love those kind. For this one I have used the Vintage Lace die set from both the motifs and the accent sets. It is kind of hard to tell but this card has been done with the centre panel raised for dimension. I used a piece of Graphic 45 paper for the background and cut it into three sections. I used two pieces of the Duchess lace from Creative Expressions to help divide the sections. On the centre section, I also used the vintage lace border to peek out from the edge. I cut a motif in black and layered it with the lace accent in a straw colour, then topped it with one of the tags from the set with my sentiment stamped on it and a bit of antique linen ink too. I added a black double bow tied from the silky crush ribbon, a couple of black pearl stick pins and topped it with a covered button that matched my background paper. I pierced the edges and added some flatback pearls to the centre corners and the sentiment to finish it off. You could use this one for just about anything but I still say "just because" is the best reason there is! All for now, Sue x

Great card, really like the way you have used the dimention on this card by raising the central panel. The dies spellbinders are producing at the moment are jsut so beautiful. Have a good flight home (not sure where you call home, I'velived in Norfolk for 40 years now but still call my birth town home)
