Tatty Button Shows

It's time to premiere Tatty Button on Create and Craft.  You have seen a few sneak peeks of her on my blog, but she is ready for her close up Mr. De Mille, as they say in showbiz!  I think you will find her to be a fun stamp line to play with as she suits so many styles.  Notice the vintage ribbon in the corner?  It's back in stock and on the show again, for all of you that have been asking me where they can get it.  I dyed this one using broken china distress ink to match the card and added a coordinating yellow button.  I've been in a yellow mood lately, wait til you see the rest of the samples!

Just to give you a quick rundown of the show schedule, Jo Channon is taking the lead on these (only fair, considering she never even got to do her POTW shows last time, huh?)  The first shows are on Thursday at 8am, 11am and then 4pm.  I am doing the shows on Friday at 9am and 1pm.  Then Jo is back with the last shows on Saturday at 11am and 3pm to wrap up Tatty's first tv outing!  I really hope you like her as much as I do!  All for now, Sue x

  19. I will be recording your shows and watching but am not convinced with this stamp line at the moment. I am not sure that this is quite my thing but this could change on seeing demos and samples. I do like the card though - just not sure on the image.

  25. I've missed the shows today as I am at work. Just managed a brief peak between 8am and 8.15am before I went to work. Martin showed the above card along with a few others. I hope to catch a show tomorrow after work, as I want to see the cdrom in action.

  30. Sue, your cards always blow me away! They are stunning designs! I have written down your saying from the other day: think about Colour, texture, balance, and dimension. Really helpfun to us novice card makers:-) Don't suppose you could tell us a bit more about how you design your cards? I just love them!

  33. I didnt think I would like her....but....after seeing the shows I do lol. I do love the stamp on the swing and the sentiment that goes with it. I am not convinced yet about the CD, it looks great and definately a lot more creative but its hard to get my head round CD craftin but this CD will make us all think again!

  34. Hi Sue, thank you for all your demos that I have been watching on C&C on TV.
You are such an inspiration for my cardmaking. Can you please tell me which backing papers you use ? I really love the one in peach and black that you did for the Tatty Button demos. I can't find them anywhere without knowing the brand of papers, so a little reply would be lovely. Thanks and best wishes Linda

  35. Beautiful card - lovely fresh colours. The swing and the kite would be my favourite stamps. I'm not a CD ROM type of crafter so although I know it has it place I was disappointed that this meant you did not have so much time to demo. Off to try your new flower technique. Also loved the flower made from a zip.
