Best Wishes

Hello bloggers!  I started today's card by embossing a piece of black card with the Padded Quilt embossing folder.  Next I cut two of the Looped Oval dies in white and matted them together.  I added them to the middle of the embossed background with mounting foam.  I cut the Rose Cluster with a piece of antique gold card on top of a piece of white card.  I used the white copy to colour the design with markers.  I added the gold die cut on top and added it to the bottom area of the looped ovals.  I used the Best Wishes sentiment cut out of ocean card and gold card. I shadowed it with the gold card and glued it to the top of the Looped Ovals.  I added small flatback pearls to the embossed background.  Thee card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Good morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another gorgeous creation today, would never have thought of putting a black background on this card but it really does work, very clever.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
