For You

Hello bloggers!  I used the middle die from the Art Deco Oval Frame and cut it three times out of black gloss card.  I cut a wide strip of red card and cut some thin pieces of white card and I ran then under the red card and over the sides of the black gloss die cuts.  Next I taped the entire piece to the middle of a piece of white card.  I glued the three black gloss die cuts to it.  I cut the smaller of the two Art Deco Grand Labels in white and added a white backing to it.  I cut the Art Deco For You sentiment in black gloss and glued it to the Grand Label die.  I added it to the centre of the card with mounting foam.  I had some thin red glittered tape in my craft stash so I used it as an accent down both sides of the card.  The card was completed with white, black and red mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  14. Hi Sue. What a good idea to use die cuts multiple times to create a pattern. My brain is now racing through all my dies to see what else I could make. Thank you for the inspiration.
