Best Wishes

Hello there my crafty friends!  Here is a quick card in case you need one!  I cut the Anniversary Hearts in white.  I covered a piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet, then pulled the backing paper off and attached the Anniversary Hearts to it.  Next I used several shades of polished silk glitter (Light Purple, Rose Copper and Candian Blue )and randomly coated the exposed adhesive areas with it.  I cut a white frame using the Slimline Stitched Rectangles and added it with mounting foam over the background.  I used the Slimline Looped Rectangles and added a mat cut from them out of white card.  I cut the Best Wishes sentiment in black and glued it to a piece of white vellum.  I cut both ends into forks and glued it across the bottom of the card.  I added some white flatback pearls as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 5 1/4"  x  9 3/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  9. Hi Sue
    Happy Thursday everyone x
Oh yes please. Slimline - my favourite. That background is stunning. My attempts with glitter never ever turn out like that. They always seem to mix together and I am never able to get such a distinct difference in the colours like you have here! The anniversary hearts have shot to the top of my wish/want list x
    Take care everyone x

What a delightful card this morning Sue and ... one of my favourite shapes too ... slimline is always a winner in my book. Those little hearts look so lovely too. I think this die must have been another one I missed from the last launch. Thankyou Sue.

Great card, though I think I’d use a slightly smaller sentiment but love it all the same

  19. Hi Sue. What a lovely card today, and if you hadn't told me that it was quick and easy to make, I would have thought that it would have been more difficult because it looks so detailed. Love the colours of glitter that you have used.
