Greetings
Hi bloggers! Christmas is getting close now and I still have lots of cards to share! I selected a piece of white card and covered it with a piece of sticky adhesive sheet. I peeled the backing paper off and added a Snowflake Background cut in white to it. I used several polished silk glitters on the remaining adhesive areas. I used Ice Blue, Canadian Blue, Periwinkle and Sparkle Star glitters randomly all over. I made a multi-layered frame using the Round Corner Squares cut in white. I added the frame with mounting foam over the background. I cut the Greetings sentiment in white and added it to the shadow die cut in white. I adhered it to the centre of the card with mounting foam. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue and all that pop in. You wouldn't like to send a few spares would you lol. I'm ploughing through my order but it doesn't seem to be going down. No matter how many I still need to do I'll never make any as beautiful as this, it's the build up frames, the background delicately shines with all the dies you carefully placed but the main element, your stunning expression bold and white is the show stopper in my opinion. This inspiration must have taken a while to make but ohh so worth it. It would be so lovely to see occasions such as weddings and anniversary expressions made this exact way in size and font, even a 'you are invited or 'invitation' would look so classic, would you give it some consideration down the line a little please? Morning Sue, thank you for sharing your beautiful card. I love the snowflake background and the coloured glitters which you have chosen. At first, I thought that it was another pixie powdered piece Just shows what my eyes are like!. It's definitely a race against time to get my cards finished and posted now Crafty Hugs, Pauline x

Hi Sue. I absolutely love this card. It is just my thing. The die is exceptional as I really like to use snowflakes for seasonal cards and the shades of glitter that you have chosen have produced such a wonderful background.
When I saw the card, I thought you used pixie powder for the background, but you actually used several polished silk glitters. I never thought of using multiple colors of glitter at once. Thanks for the idea, Sue. It's very useful. I'll probably make a lot of mess, but it's worth a try. The background is too beautiful not to try this idea.
