Boo
Good Sunday morning all! I selected a piece of black gloss card to use for the background. I sprinkled Purple Violet and Aqua Lagoon Pixie Powders randomly all over it, but I left a lot of open area. I spritzed it with water and set it aside to dry. Once dry, I used the Spider's Web die cut in white. I took it out of the frame and glued it onto the background piece. I cut three of the Boo sentiments from the Ghoulish Ghosts die set and glued them across the card. I added a few black spiders to make it more spooky! The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x 7 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

ReplyDeleteA fabulous spookily card today. Yvonne xx
Morning.
ReplyDeleteFor those that make quite a few Halloween cards this design would be great for batch making either with the same colour scheme although as we all know two A4 pieces of cardstock won't make the exact same unless prepared side by side, or change up the background colours and use the same design, I think it's just great for the spooky time of year.
Hope everyone feels as well as they can be.
Sending love xxx
Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, a great card for Halloween.

ReplyDeleteHi Sue
ReplyDeleteA super Hallowe’en card, don’t know what colour of card you used for the Boos but it is very striking. Sorry I missed commenting on yesterday’s card but I was at a flower arranging workshop, loved the seashell background with the pixie powder on texture paste.
Love and hugs to everyone
