Hello spooky friends! I used the House Front Shaped die released earlier in the year for today's card. I cut the house out of slate grey card and added black roofs to it. I added a piece of pale yellow card behind the windows and added small ghosts from the Haunted House die set in three of the windows. I cut a couple of pieces of brown card and attached them crisscrossed over the centre window for a more haunted look. Several bats were added to the roof and lower window. I cut a large pale yellow circle and added it in the corner with the small flying witch and part of the spider's web too. I cut Jamie's spooky tree die in black and glued it to the purple background next to the house. I added some distressed gravestones around it as well as a few pumpkins from the Halloween frame. Several pieces of the spooky gate were added in front of the house. Lastly, I added one of the Ghoulish Ghosts, cut in vellum for a more ghostly look, in the upper corner. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8 1/4" x 9 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue.

in this country I think it is getting more popular.
Take care and have fun Kitty.
Ooohhh Sue you dear spook you. If only Halloween was half as popular here as it is in other countries I'd have ordered the complete collection and faced the devil of bank statements whenever it's oppo posted it through the letter box lol.
ReplyDeleteYour devilish design is totally amazing and it oozes the fun you had making this, I can imagine you cackling - sorry, giggling with each piece you cut and placed, love love LOVE this inspiration today, we really need to promote Halloween dear friends just for our own selfishness so we can treat ourselves to these wonderfully comical and cute dies lol.
Sending love to all that creep in today xxx
