I'm Thinking Of You

Hello there my crafty friends!  I embossed the background with the Stripes embossing folder.  Next I selected a piece of decorative paper from my stash and cut the Watering Can Shaped die.  I cut it again out of ocean card and nipped away the top and bottom edges of the watering can and glued them to the decorative version.  Using the Floral Bouquet, I cut a bunch of the foliage and stems out of assorted shades of green.  I cut three large flowers out of raspberry, bright yellow and lilac card and glued them to the stem circles.  I arranged the foliage and flowers until I was satisfied and then taped the stems behind the top of the watering can.  I attached it to the embossed background with mounting foam.  I cut the I'm Thinking Of You sentiment out of ocean coloured card above the watering can.  I added two small butterflies, also from the Floral Bouquet set, in the other corner as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  4. Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another beautiful creation using the watering can die set and flowers, you have already shown how the watering can could be turned into a plant pot, so what about making it into a tea pot with a cup and saucer by the side. See what you are doing to me Sue when I look at your creations. I am loving the paper you have used on the watering can too.

Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
