Hi crafters! I selected a piece of Pixie Sparkled card from my craft stash for today's card. I used
Beyond Blue and Green Emerald Pixie Sparkles to create the background. I cut the branches from the
A Little Birdie Told Me die set and the birdhouses from the
Home Tweet Home die set. I cut the branches out of khaki card and coloured the leaves on it with a
Forest Moss Distress marker. I cut the birdhouses out of tan card and added red roofs and bottom ledges. I used a small piece of Bakers Twine to suspend the birdhouses from the branches I added a nest and a small bird and a couple of flying birds to the background. I cut the
No Place Like Home Duos in black and added both parts to the sentiment to the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Oh I love love love today's inspiration, the beautiful blue/green background with the clingfilm technique,the cute bird houses give the fabulous impression that you made them from MDF or real wood! I always wanted the 'Home Tweet Home' set but it's one of those things where the list of gift ideas was so long, it wasn't up to me what I got lol but I regret not owning it every time I see it used on a design it's truly beautiful, we have very few birds visiting our garden due to too much concrete which is so sad compared to the beautiful variety we had visiting when we lived further down south than we do here in Bolton 😒

I have always wanted these gorgeous dies but there are always so many of your dies on my wish list that I just can't afford them all.

I will make my next card using your Safari Collection die and stamp set - the Giraffe. Both cards are for a man's special 80th Birthday.
I think your Birdie dies should probably go to the top of my wish list right now, as I absolutely love the birds I get in my garden and I feed them regularly, and really, I should have some beautiful bird dies to make some beautiful Bird cards with !!!
