Hi crafters! I cut the
Layered Heart Background in white and added a
vellum backing to it. I lifted the pieces and added small pearls to the centres in the background. I used the
Double Stitched Squares and made a multi-layered frame with a black base and an
Old Rose card frame on top. I added the frame with mounting foam over the
Layered Heart Background. I cut the heart separately from the centre of the
Layered Heart Background and added a
vellum backing to it. I added it with mounting foam to the centre of the card. I cut the
Hugs & Kisses sentiment out of Old Rose card and black card. I shadowed the sentiment and then added it to the centre of the heart. Using the
Heart Leaf Flower, I made a flower and inked the edges with
Victorian Velvet. I added it to the card at the bottom of the frame and accented it with the heart leaves. The card was completed with white, old rose and black ats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x

Stunning inspiration today, every morning as I wait for the image to load I look forward to reading how you put the design together, the background today is just so delicate with the vellum and tiny raised petals with the tiny pearls, I'd say this is a card for a special someone, that's also a gift, to mount this in a beautiful frame on a wall would certainly be a gift to treasure, just like you Sue, a talent shared with us is surely a gift we treasure thank you. Good Morning Sue. So sorry I didn't make it yesterday Sue I had some upsetting news My lovely Sister and her 2 beautiful girls all tested positive for Covid. We are gutted ... so it's touch and go whether they get here for Christmas day. Fingers crossed
