Sending Hugs

Good Sunday morning all!  I started by embossing a piece of white card with the Rose Bed embossing folder.  I used the Antique Rosewood Matt Chalk Polish over the top of the embossed card.  I added this piece to a larger piece of white card that I embossed with the Stripes embossing folder.  I inked two strip of card with the Antique Rosewood Matt Chalk Polish and added them on either side of the embossed Rose Bed card.  I stamped the Shaded Cosmos Flower stamps and cut them out with the matching Cosmos Flower dies.  I assembled three flowers and seated them in a cluster.  I added Lace Edged Leaves around them as an accent.  I cut the Decorative Flag in white and added it across the card from the flowers.  I cut the Sending Hugs out of the card that I covered with the Matt chalk polish.  I attached it to the white backing shadow then glued it to the decorative flag die cut.  The card was completed with white and rosewood mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  8 1/2"   in size.   All for now, Sue x

    Hi Sue this is just stunning, this is you from start to finish, the Sue designs we know are yours and love. Like all your designs past and present photographs highlight their beauty but I'd love to see them in real life. A gorgeous sample to send hugs to someone extra special.
