Hi bloggers! I started today's card by using a piece of black card and doing the suede techniqe with it. To do this, you need to break up the fibres in he card by crushing, folding or using a crimper on it. Once the card is very soft, you can split the card and peel it into two pieces, giving the look of suede to it. Next I used the In A While Crocodile stencil over it and used the Soft Grey Matt chalk polish through the stencil. I stamped the Zebra stamp, then cut it out with the matching Zebra die. I used Antique Linen and Tumbled Glass Distress markers to add shading to the zebra. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of white vellum, then added it behind he zebra. I stamped the Zebra one more time and just cut out the outer frame and added it with foam mounting tape then attached it to the background. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now. Sue x
Morning Sue.

Hi Sue I love the title to your inspiration today, and I know every single one of us have bad to be really strong over the past year. You and Particraft have been the centre of our strength. Today strength is still a massive part of our life going through pain, upset bad health etc we give each other virtual hugs, virtual friends send virtual love, this is why you and Particraft start our day, thanks to covid I can't give mum hugs to support our daughter today, and daddy can't be there to kiss Lottie as she has those horrible tonsils out, all we can say is 'Be Strong' and inspiration like this and being here for us every single day leads us towards the right path. To all that visit today, try and have a good day and love to our virtual friends xxx
