Hi crafters! I started with a piece of card and used the
Blue Wisteria Opal Polish all over it and allowed it to dry well. Next, I embossed it using the
Daisy Patch Mask through the die cutting machine on the emboss setting. I kept the mask taped to the card and used
Black Soot Distress oxide ink through the mask to highlight it a bit (it is very subtle, not a dark black at all on the opal polish). I used the
Decorative Squares die set and cut the two smallest sizes out of coconut white card. I added mounting foam to the larger one and seated it in a square orientation in the centre and used the smaller one in the middle in a diamond orientation. I cut the
For You Sentiment out of an extra piece of the
Opal Polish background and glued it into the middle of the card. I cut two of the
Splendid Swirls and added them in opposite corners as accents. The card was completed with white mats and layers. Thee finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 7 1/4" in size. All for now. Sue x
This is a real stunner. Such gorgeous colours and design.

ReplyDeleteMorning Sue.
ReplyDeleteA lovely card thank you.
Take care and stay safe Kitty.
Hi Sue and all that visit today hope life is being kind to you all.
ReplyDeleteI need to build up my folder collection that's for certain, sometimes I like everything plain, very plain but I also love to add texture and there are so many beautiful folders that have passed me by, and your decorative square dies are just gorgeous Sue, it's not until you see samples made with various dies that the beauty of the design shows and makes you see them in a different light and boy is the light making me want this collection, you're so naughty but so clever I can't help but forgive you lol. Hope you are both keeping well and your family are safe and well too......
