Good Sunday morning all! I thought this sweet card might be just the thing to bring a smile to your face! I started with the Double Stitched Rectangles and matted up several of them in white. I pulled out an older flower set called Stitched Doodle Flowers and cut the pieces in a variety of pastel tones. I layered them all up differently to give them a whimsical look and added leaves cut from Khaki and dark green card. I arranged the flowers in opposite corners around the smallest rectangle. I cut the kangaroo and baby from the Zoo Animals set and glued it in the lower corner. Using the Newborn Sentiments set, I cut the Sweet Baby out of lilac card and glued it above. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 1/4" x 7 1/2" in size. All for now. Sue x

Hi Sue from a cold very blustery and miserable Lancashire, but as is the norm you've done what you hoped, put a smile on my face. As soon as this pretty picture loaded I wondered if it was a brand new sample and the new baby dies soon confirmed my curiosity, we've not seen those flowers for ages Sue. I would imagine that the festive season will be coming early where you are lol I do hope you'll make the right decision again.
ReplyDeleteSending love and thoughts to you both and to all that pop into Particraft this Sunday. ......
