Hello bloggers! I knoew I am just bombarding you with the Endless Option Collection this week, but I just love these! I started this one by cutting the Paulette Background in white. I added mounting foam to the back to raise it. I covered another piece of white card with a sticky adhesive sheet. I peeled the backing off and added Iced Snow to it, then added the Paulette die cut over the top of it. On another piece of white card I used the Summer Sky and Lilac Rose Opal Polishes. I swiped them on randomly and allowed the dry. I used the Paulette Edgers to cut the centre and both side pieces out of it. I glued them over the areas in the background. I cut a Decorative Flag die in white and glued it over the centre border and tucked the trimmed ends under the two side borders. I used a small piece of leftover polished card to cut the Happy Birthday sentiment from it and glued it to the flag. I made a Jasmine flower as an accent that I cut out of card covered with sticky adhesive. I used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz to add a sparkle to it, then assembled it. I accented it with pieces cut from the Magnolia Corner. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6" x 7 1/2" in size. All for now. Sue x

Hi Sue
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card. Very feminine. I don’t mind being bombarded with these dies either, they are lovely and so versatile.
Gorgeous colours of the lustre polishes too.
Love Helen xxx
Stunning card Sue, love the opal polishes that you chose.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card. I love it. I like the textures and the high-low technique you used on this design. I like the shine of the Opal Polished elements, and the sparkle on the flower and the layer just under the Paulette die cut. I see, too, teeny-tiny pearls that you accented the Paulette die. You named this Endless Options collection appropriately because of the multiple patterns one can get from each one of these sets. Personally I spent the better part of one day die cutting patterns just from one set of these Endless Options. I am sure I did not get all of the possible patterns cut from it. Well done and thank you for sharing. Hugs
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely card! I especially like the Lacey effects of the Paulette background. Thank you for inspiring us!
