Background Aperture Card
Hi bloggers! A lovely way to add interest to a card is to use an aperture and recess your main focal element into the recess. Add a fabulous background before cutting the aperture and have even more interest to your creation!
The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Hello Sue and all Wow! Heading straight off to watch the video on this little beauty and I think I have all the dies to do it too - in 3 weeks and 4 days but who is counting ! ME. lol !!! Hugs Muriel x

Wow Sue, a sample to go with the weather - an absolute scorcher, it really is pretty in every shape and form, will certainly look forward to watching you put it together. Whether it's shopping or sitting on your patio eating white chocolate as it dribbles down your fingers in the sun wipping it off your iPad whilst skipping through pinterest I hope it's a good un xxx
Morning Sue, thank you for another great video! Beautiful card, again I love the old Rose cardstock, I bought some and put it somewhere safe and now I can’t find it! Must have a good look for it today! Love Jean xxx
Hi Sue Oh my what a beauty. The Old Rose Card is such a gorgeous colour. Fast becoming a favourite of mine. I spy the Herringbone die in the background and am learning very fast that this is a real go to for any card - and I have that die! I have a few videos to catch up on and this one is going to be the first to watch. Jean.phillips 1 - so pleased I’m not the only one who puts things in a safe place - so safe I can’t remember where it is x Crewe Trish - so happy to be back x Not quite sure how I am feeling about the promise of such high temperatures today. Happy Saturday everyone x Crafty hugs PP Yvonne x
