Layered Carnation

Hello there my crafty friends!  This is the final post of the Oct. blog die launch :(   I usually save the flowers for the end and that is exactly what I have done today too.  On offer this post is the Layered Carnation die set.  Shown here, you can see how pretty it looks when made up as a carnation.  You may however, have noticed it on previous posts and it looked completely different!  That is the beauty of this die set, you can make so many different looking flowers with it.  There are five different sized flowers you can make too so it is really versatile!  For the final time I will ask you to add your comment onto this post if you would like to be entered into the drawing to win this set.  The drawing will take place the morning of the 26th and will be posted in the afternoon, so don't forget to check back then!  I hope you have enjoyed seeing all the new dies and learning about about each of them.  It has been my pleasure to share them all with you.  All for now, Sue x

    Afternoon Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a way to finish this blog launch, stunningly beautiful sample, the carnation dies really are amazing, look at those crinkly edges at the top of the flowers, I bet that wasnt easy to design. So as to my favourite, i still think the pierced squares, this carnation and the wisteria dies are the ones for me.

    CONGRATULATIONS SUE. This has been the most exciting, the most beautiful collection of new dies. One in particular will be on the top of my 'buy' list, can you guess lol. The collection of frames - wisteria, musical, garden frame etc are an absolute winner for me as are the majority of new Mini Expressions. The Fern leaf will certainly be an addition as will be this beautiful Carnation die, I'm a sucker for your floral died, who knows what horror lurks under my flowers lol 😉 so all that's left to say is "thank you" your generosity knows no bounds and I don't know how you do it but you know how to please every single one of us, you cater for all our needs no matter what size of card we work with, no matter if we are new at crafting or been crafting for years you ALWAYS give us what we need not to mention the daily inspiration with this gorgeous blog and the time you take filming to help those like myself that work better by watching rather than reading. I don't remember how many years I've posted daily here, but one thing I DO know - it was the BEST thing I did that day when I logged into Particraft, if only more people logged in every day as they have been for the last 8 days rather than not comment after the winners list has been published it happens every time !

    No one does flowers as well as you Sue. They just look so realistic. Best ‘Til last? Not sure - I just have so many wants, or better still NEEDS! This has truly been a brilliant collection covering all ages and both male & female orientated dies (but I know they will be interchangeable). How do you do it? Well you can rest now knowing that all your dies have been received with open arms & I for one can’t wait to see what you do with them. Thank you Sue for the hard work & the inspiration you give us.

    A fabulous grand finale. An amazingly beautiful flower and of course the added bonus of not being just a one trip pony.
    Sue this has been the most wonderful launch and your new dies are heavenly. I am in awe of your imagination and creativity. I find myself wondering how on earth you are able to come up with so many original and exciting new ideas.
    It is completely impossible to decide which could possibly be my favourite. I love them all and for different reasons. I can’t imagine how on earth I will decide which should be at the top of my Christmas list. I would be delighted with any of them.
    Well,you can sit back and relax and feel incredibly proud of yourself to have brought so much joy to us all during the last 8 days. I think I speak for everyone when I say a huge thank you for all your hard work and willingness to share your unique talent with us.

    When my cousin said her favorite flower was the carnation, I despaired, because I have never seen a carnation die.so I’m happy to,have this one. It like like, if you put it in a glass of water with food coloring, it swould draw up the color into its petals.

    Thank you for this die release! Now, can we just make cards for a while without having to buy dies more beautiful than the ones we already have?

    Who won’t love to win this die? The Layered Carnation die set is a lovely addition to your Finishing Touches dies. The card is equally elegant and beautiful and I love the colour palette, so soft and sweet.

    This October launch has been fantastic. The range of die sets probably covers all tastes and needs: new frames and tags, flowers, an outstanding border and mini expressions with and without a shadow. You even created a new Collection, the Celtic one, really lovely. You took us on a Safari and for those less adventures you brought the Sewing Accessories die set, so useful!

    Hi Sue, as far as I am concerned you really do leave the best 'til last. The Layered Carnation is perfection and it is lovely in full bloom as on this card or just a couple of layers on others previously. A lovely soft card showing up a beautiful die.
    Others have said it before (and probably better) but I want to thank you for your generosity in giving us all the inspiration that is the result of your hard work just so that we may learn from you every day. I think this launch has been a great success and hope that you are happy with the reception of your latest babies.

    Carnations remind me of my Mum, they were definitely her favourite flower and although there are so many flowers I love I cannot name my favourite, this would be in my top 10 I think. Both Mum and I carried pink carnations at our weddings too so they do hold a special place in my heart.

    Another beautiful flower set, they look Amazing! I love the subtle colouring and dimension of these. Great for cards and im thinking with so many different sizes would look amazing as a little spray on a tag.

    A most beautiful card and die set.
    The carnation die is at the top of my list this release and I am sure it will be one of the most popular!
    This really has been a wonderful die release and can honestly say I have loved all of them.
    Trying to choose a few will be very difficult but the carnation will certainly be my first choice.
