Christmas Robin Card
Hi bloggers! If you are looking for a little bit less traditional sort of design for your Christmas cards this year, how about this charming robin card?
The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Hi Sue. I remember you showing us this either at launch or not long after and I loved it, the kind of card I'd smile at if I'd made something this lovely and I'm re-thinking my festive die dilemma and I should really try to save for these dies, but at the same time I'm seeing so many gorgeous samples using your circle dies that I need those too !!! If only I did the lotto 😕 oh well such is life. Hope you have a good day xxx
Robin red breast looks so lovely against the holly leaves and the Falling Snow background, a harbinger of Spring. Just what you want to think about after a bitter cold day yesterday with even a few snow flurries. Thanks for sharing the video, you always make everything seem so easy to duplicate.
Morning Sue, this is a really beautiful card and would also be great for a winter birthday card. Will have to watch the video when I get back home. Hugs xx Pauline in S.A.
Beautiful card Sue and the video is awesome. Thanks for sharing, have a great day. hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi Sue I love Robins so this card is a winner for me. I remember falling in love with this card when you shared it with us in the launch. Its gorgeous. Apologies for not commenting yesterday - rough day x Crafty hugs PP Yvonne x
Oh my, this is just ADORABLE!! Love it so very much!!! Fabulous design and those robins looks sweet and cute on the gorgeous holly branches! Fabulous frame for the sentiment and embossed panel!
Who doesn't like robins. Although a year-round feature of many British gardens (and do I miss them as I don’t see any from my new flat window), they seem to be popular feature of Christmas cards. Is it because they bring a splash of colour in a dreary time of the year? What ever, this is beautiful traditional form of card that I, for one, love.
Hi Sue, Beautiful card. I can't remember this set at all. The card is right up my street and those robins are really cute. Sending love and hugs to all, Alison xxx
Morning Sue, what a really beautiful card, I do have the Robin die set and have made a couple of cards using them but think I need to have a go at this one now. Love Jean xxx

Good Morning Sue. What a beautiful card today Sue..... and as usual you make it look so easy. The video is fabulous..... step by step..... and you have a really lovely traditional card. Also what I am thinking if you don't have the lovely little robin you could use a poinsettias.... or even a bauble . Thankyou Sue for this little gem that I am sure I will be having a try with. Sending best wishes to everyone. Kind regards Ann Toppcards Leeds.
Good morning Sue. What a beautiful card and absolutely great video. I just love the little robins and your foliage is wonderful. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Marie P.
Hi Sue, I fell in love with this card on launch and as soon as I received the robin dies I decided that my version of it would be the card this year for the ladies in my knit and natter group. A lot of cutting involved but I enjoyed making them. The robins will be appearing on many other cards as well, they are so sweet. Thanks for the video, clear as always.
Hello Sue and all Unfortunately we don't have robins here (NSW) but I remember them from childhood and this one of the first die sets I bought from the Christmas collection. Thank you for the video, step by step, I am going to try a version as soon as I get through some cards I am making for a friend for Christmas, nearly there then back to relaxed Sue cards, can't wait after all the inspiration you have given us lately
Hi Sue I have just watched your video & it's great, very easy to follow. I have these die's so must have a go,thanks for the inspiration, Best wishes Karen M
I had watched this video on You Tube and regretted not getting this set. The card is lovely. We are always about cardinals here on winter cards and our robins are different but I do love the English robin.I may have to add this die to my collection at some point. Like them to be bluebirds also. Stephanie K SC/USA
Hi Sue. Fantastic card, another of my favourites for Christmas, robins and holly. Our robins are different to these they are black with a bright red breast, but I like robins in any shape or form, we even have a pink robin (hot pink) and a yellow robin. Love this card and the colours, Cheers, Di B. x Tasmania.
