ReplyDeleteIt's sad to think today will be the final day but your new collection had been so well previewed and loved by all, you must feel extremely proud of your achievements. I know in the many weeks to come you will continue to give us inspiration through your daily card s and hopefully some videos too. Thank you Sue, you give us so much.
Looks like the hot weather is back this morning, sorry Scitland, I know the Highlands were zero temperature yesterday.

Morning Sue, a lot more of a comfortable morning too thank goodness, can't get into a proper festive mood unless I'm wearing layers of jumpers lol good job I'm not Down Under or I'd be completely scuffered lol. So anyway enough of the pointless nonsense today's first sample is adorable, we now have cone dies rather than the 'accessory cones' and I'm thrilled to bits to add them to MY list, these little finishing touches are just what is needed as are the sentiment dies to complete out projects. If this is the first of the last, then the last will be a wonderful finale to one heck of a launch ! It's been so nice to see names I remember from years ago and for whatever the reason you stopped posting please come back as you were all part of the early days Particraft and it made me smile when I noticed your names, I won't mention you personally as you know who you are if you read my comment.
ReplyDeleteAnyway I've said my piece, all that needs to be done is send love n hugs to you Sue, and we have a lunch date at 12 ☺ xxx

Good Morning Sue,
ReplyDeleteSuperb Card!
I have the pine boughs from a few years back and use them EVERY year on my cards and this new set, including pine cones will compliment them beautifully indeed, so they have just rocketed to second on my 'immediately' list. Only second I hear you say, aah alas yes, my favourite so far still has to be the remarkable Radiating Star, and I say so far, because with still three posts to go anything can happen!!
I'm relishing the prospect of the goodies yet to come! See you at noon!

Lovely dies, I do like the acorns and again can be so useful all through the year. Lovely sentiment too and am finding it sad that is the last day of your super new dies.
ReplyDeleteDear Sue,
ReplyDeleteYou sure got the end off to a great start.
Your pine needles look so realistic! We moved to Georgia when I was in kindergarten, and the pine trees were so tall, I was sure the wind would blow them down. We used to rake the needles into a big ring and play circus.
And as for the sentiment, you have the power to make music play in people's heads!
Thank you again for your generosity and the thrill of thinking we might win!
Rosemary Powell, you gave away my secret! But thank you. And you too, Diane Green, for having a keen eye. I have to work today, but I'll have Friday off and then Saturday my stamping friends are getting together. Always fun!
Enjoy your second-longest day of the year, or for the Australian contingent, second shortest.
Love,
Donita

ReplyDeleteGood afternoon lovely Sue and her crafty crew!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful start to this, the final day of this tremendous launch. I have enjoyed every scintillating minute of it, everything from the new 2017 Angel, to the stained glass robin and the 3D Fireplace, it has all been an absolute triumph!
The finishing touches are always exciting because they can really make a card, they are what finishes it off to perfection and thus are an essential part of our arsenal. The pine cones are gorgeous and would look lovely coupled with the pine boughs from a couple of years ago, they would be lovely on a large wreath as accents. You've excelled yourself with your sentiments this year, i adore all of them, the fonts are so pretty and the words are something different from the bog standard seasons greetings. I will have loads of fun playing with these dies methinks.
Love and crafty hugs

Good afternoon Sue and the Wilsonettes,
ReplyDeleteThe pine cone and fir branch are typical winter foliage that we all know and love. How many of us have went picking up the pine cones to spray them gold and silver to make decorations with or decorate a yule log and have a beautiful candle burning brightly in the middle? I know i have as they were free decorations for Mum to make into wreaths, baubles on the tree, table centrepieces, etc. There were many things throughout the year that Mum would take us out looking for so that she could make things for church jumble sales(pre charity shop time), for school sales of works and carrying on into patients doing them to raise money for the hospitals on their fete days, sadly long gone days. Thats when everyone was in the same boat and every penny counted as you didn't get money from the state except when family allowance came in and it was only for your second child and onwards, so if you only had the one, you didn't get any help. Thank you Sue for bringing back my memories but i wonder how many others can relate to them?
love and crafty hugs to all the Wilsonettes
Andrew flower, enjoy your time away with your fantastic friends as it is only good friends that would have done what they have done for you. Enjoy love man, you deserve it and it will do you the world of good.
Donita flower, i hope you have a wonderful birthday and enjoy not only tomorrow off but your friends coming on Saturday, that's the kind of birthday party i like.
And Maureen, stop being bad to George, he is quite right in handing you over, look what you did when you were by yourself and if you do that to yourself, what would you do to other folk? hee hee hee. Have a lovely time my flower and please behave yourself,
love and crafty hugs

What a wonderful start of the last day of your release. It's hard to believe that we are at the final day of your launch. You've shown your collection brilliantly and you should be very proud of your creativity. The pine cones and fir branches are lovely and will work perfectly with the Pine Bough from one of your past Festive Releases.

Coming from someone who has to have ideas.
The ideas do not come easy for me.
I need and ideas to take from.
