Finishing Touches

Hello there my crafty friends!  There are quite a few new dies in the Finishing Touches range this release.  First up is the new Dandelion Posies die set.  Shown here, you can see how beautiful they look when used as a silhouette.  There is a left facing and a right facing design which are slightly different in sizes so they can be used in a multitude of ways to create the looks that you desire.  Cut them in white and add some Iced Snow to them for a completely different look to them too.  If you would like a chance at winning this set, just leave a comment on this blog post.  Our next set will be up at 12 noon today.  All for now, Sue x

  1. Hello Sue, this is a beautiful card and die set. The Dandelion set is perfect against your beautiful backgrounds.
Elaine, hope Andrew and Helen are enjoying their much needed break, you enjoy the rest too.
Laine, hope Mum is able to get through today without too much discomfort, fingers crossed for her.
Myra, Saba, etc, the gang of eight doesn't have the same ring to it. It will be sad for Maureen to miss the meet up but with all that is going on at the moment, her health has to come first. I know she will be disappointed though
Reading the posts I'd forgotten that in the US purses are handbags, whereas in the UK we put money into purses to put in our handbags.
Hugs to all that beef them, missing and poorly friends and Carers of poorly families too.

  7. Yaaa. Good morning. Booboo section. I just adore these collections Sue. You give us the elegance for our cards which is the background dies, the tags and frames, and the fun dies in the shape of the Tropicals or kinetics and then we have a 'booboo' and it's reach for a flower or butterfly, or for those that have booboo's you help finish the project perfectly by giving us the most gorgeous Finish Touches collection. The sample for the first treat of the day is just so beautiful, the Dandilion Posies will defiantly join the rest of my FT family as will the rest of this beautiful collection of Finishing Touches.
I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to 12pm and your long awaited show at 3pm.
Have a great day. Love n hugs coming your way xx

Oh Happy Days, I simply adore the Finishing Touches!
These are beautifully delicate, but still substantial enough to use them like you have on this spectacular card. By using them in black, they appear like stamped images, the possibilities are endless!

Well it maybe Easter Monday and a bank holiday, but sadly not for me, so off to work I go and I'll have to catch up with the rest of today's posts later tonight.

    Enjoy your day....

What Can One Say Other Than "This Card Is Truly Exquisite"
I Love The Colours Of Your "Extravagant Background" Just Truly Outstanding
    I'm Thinking Possibly Colour Cloud?
I Love "The Dandelion Posies Die Set" It Looks Remarkable Cut Out In "Black Card"
Against Your Splendid Background I Love The Idea Of Cutting It Out Of "Coconut White Card"
Then Adding One Of "The Cosmic Shimmer Glitters" As You Mentioned For A Different Look.
"The Happy Birthday" Looks Impressive Cut Of "Black Card" Then Shadowed With "Coconut White Card"
As One Wonderful Blog Member Mentioned Cut It Out Of "Blue Card" Then It Would Resemble A "Cornflower"
    Sue, Take Great Care

  148. I sometimes find it hard to decide what a cutout will look like from just looking at the die so it's great to see for real. Fabulous background too. Plenty of ideas and the shopping list is growing.
    Hugs and prayers to all.

  155. I love the fact that you made a right and a left facing flower. This makes things so much easier on a card maker and increases the number of things we can do with one die set. I put your flower dies on all my cards and love the faux quilled leaves. Your new release is awesome and I can't wait to get my hands on some of the new dies here in the U.S.
