Nobly Framed
Hi crafters! Today's video shows off the feature of the newest Noble dies and shows how well they work with the original Noble dies too.
The finished dimensions are 6 1/2" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x
Beautiful card, Sue, so pretty with the blush. Always love designs with the noble dies and, of course, pretty bow and flowers. Thanks for another great video! Molly - I'm another with a cut base plate, it really doesn't affect the use so don't worry and save your money for something else. Still haven't managed to cut into the pink plate - yet!
Hello Sue, a really pretty and feminine card today, lovely soft colours and great dies. Will have to get some more of the noble dies, they are so intricate. Have a great day. Bx
Hi Sue hope all is well, fine and dandy. I agree with our 6am Pam, this card is so delicate but im bias as blush is my most favourite pastel colour in the foundations card. The Nobel collection looks gorgeous, unfortunatly I dont own these yet, yet being the operative word (think I need to re-write my list of 'priority' dies) but then again with NO 1st edition festive dies bought yet and the 2nd edition launch due very soon my head is all topsy turvey) I had a shopping 'incident' yesterday when all I needed was my felt, to help make perfect foldover flower's and some white card, but when I got back, I noticed that the Cintra and lacey edger configuration die had followed me home !! What could I do, I couldn't send them back not after they had noticed a few 'friends' in the die storage box, that would be cruel so I introduced them to their long lost friends and told them to be quiet as they had sneaked in and threatened them with the return policy if they gave the game away ! Maybe they should be joined with the Noble set in the same way - sneak them in inbetween sheets of card and felt then quickly shred the receipt lol dont tell me im the ONLY one that 'sneaks' craft purchases into their home lol its only guilt that makes me sneak, as I know my wonderful man wouldn't mind one iota (as long as I keep his list upto date) lol Well thank you for a beautiful delicate card that show's all the dies perfectly, and for the informative video showing us the easy way to get the perfect frame and embossing. I shall be experimenting with 'floating' today as after making a floating sentiment yesterday I have the 'floating bug' lol. Have a great day Sue. Hope mom is still doing ok. Love and hugs to you Sue, Alison, Sam and Tina. Lancashire Steph xxx
Morning Sue. WOW This card tick's all my boxe's. The noble die's are a must have for anybody's collection. I just had your square and rectangle one's but i had a bit of a shop and i bought your last three set's and they are beautiful and your right they all mix and match beautifully, so i am a happy little bunny lol. The colour's on this card are very delicate giving it a very girly look to the finished creation and the flower's are stunning. Another great video with all your insperation. Take care everyone. Best Wishes. Denise T x

Morning Sue Lovely card, the colours work well together & love the little flowers, Just bought the Noble dies so grateful for ideas, Thank you Best wishes Karen M
Morning Sue, beautiful card, I have some of the original Noble dies and they are great, would love to have some of the new ones to go with them, so more added to the wish list, it just keeps getting longer and longer. Wendyxx
Hi Sue and all I made a card in blush and white last week and have to say as beautiful as the photos are they don't do this combination justice. So soft and feminine. Still being teased by noble dies as I opted for the new Xmas collection so can't wait to save again for next splurge. The little flowers just set it all off. Todays card is just perfect Muriel x
Your card is absolutely beautiful Sue, so feminine. I can see it in all white for a wedding. I definitely need these noble dies to complement my ever growing collection of SW dies. Pat x
Good morning Sue and the Wilsonettes, I have just got your new noble dies which are stunning as this beautiful creation shows that you have made for us today. I love the soft pink and white together and the new noble just nestles in amongst the bigger noble just perfectly. I love the detail that you have in todays card Sue, the pretty little open work flowers and the little piece of inspiration that you have put in the center of the card is just right. I shall have a look back at what i have missed over the last wee while when i get a chance too. Oh how i will be glad when this year is out as it has been one long piece of heartbreak that i think i have had more than my fair share off and could do with some good things happening. The only bright spot has been Harry coming along and making everyone that comes in contact with him a whole lot happier. Kirsten's friend has had a baby girl called Bella and she said to Harry about Bella coming home and he just started to grin with a big cheesy. I don't know if he likes the name or what that makes him grin so big, but he sure is looking forward to this "Bella" what ever it is which makes us laugh. He was being baby sat by his Grandad on Tuesday until Gran came to take over while Kirsten came with us to my Mother In Laws funeral. Thank goodness Ryan's mum was taking over the reins at 1:00 with the half day that she took as his dad has more OCD with the wee fella than a mother(he'll make someone a good wife). Well it is not so nice up here in the Central belt as if it is trying to decide what kind of a day does it want to be today. The sun is trying to poke it's head in but the clouds are in one of their "I'm not moving moods". So with that i will leave you all with hugs for all my Wilsonette Angels. Love and crafty hugs Norah (Glenochil)
Such a sweet Card. As you have shown the New Noble dies work so well with the original Noble dies. The sentiment is lovely and your flowers so pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Sue, I just love the Noble Dies! I love their crisp corners and debossing. What a beauty you have made to day. Thank you for the great photography which really shows the detail so beautifully. Gorgeous card. Great game of cricket here today! Aussies all out before lunch ! Norah - welcome back! You are so right - you have had a tough year! So pleased little Harry is bringing such joy! Missed you. X Enjoy your day everyone, Love Myra xxx
Hi Sue Wow you read my mind! I bought some noble dies the other day and decided to make a card with them today so this offering is perfect ! Love the blush card with the cream and the use of the glitter too. Thanks for the tip on embossing first, I knew there was something I had to do but couldn't remember what it was. Thank you so much for sharing, enjoy your day with mum. Love Diane G xxx Molly having a cut in your base plate is the sign of a good crafter- we have all done it and the professionals all admit to doing it too. It will be fine for years to come xxx Norah lovely to see you back but sorry to hear you have had another bereavement. Harry has just come along at the right time to fill the hole in everyone's lives. Sending you a big hug xx
Theresa says Hi sue and lovely wilsonettes x Such a pretty card today sue I absolutely love everything about it x its gorgeous x I think the way you have designed your dies to mix and match so well is fantastic x its so great that a designer thinks of the crafter as we are not all millionaires and personally I like to get as much out of a die as I can and you give us endless possibilites with just a couple of sets x so thankyou so much sue x Lancashire steph you are not the only one !!! I always keep my craft room a little bit messy so any new sue purchases just don't get noticed x that's my excuse anyway ! And yes I do have the guilt battle but I know how much enjoyment I get out of crafting x Norah sending you a hug x its great to see you back x Take care everyone x Theresa w xxx

Stunning card creatively made using multiple die sets. Sue, I really feel like I make a great purchase when I buy your dies; because your dies are so well engineered to work together giving "more for the money". Thanks for today's video.
Hi Sue, a beautiful, gorgeous and feminine card. The Noble dies are so versatile and they are almost at the top of my wish list - how far away is Christmas?
Well summer finally came to my corner of Central Scotland today. It was raining first thing but cleared into a beautifully warm and sunny day. The only drawback is the wind but I don't care as I am going down the garden to dig up some new potatoes for dinner without getting my feet wet.
Helloooooooo Sue and the wilsonettes! What can I say? Just another stunning card Sue. It's beautiful x I haven't got these dies....(a few of them) but it doesn't stop anyone from watching your wonderful videos and instructions on how to make them. Gorgeous blush card and a beautiful masterpiece! xx "Thank you Sue" xx Steph, you make me laugh with your dies sneaking in your basket x lol x Norah, it's wonderful to have you back and also sending you love and hugs from your sad loss xx :( xx Sending love and hugs to you Sue, your mom and your family xx Hope you're having a wonderful time....and resting....mmmmmm xx Sending love and hugs to all our Wilsonettes who are need xx take care everyone xx Love Karen xx
A lovely card and as usual a great video. It is always so interesting to see how you mix and match your dies in so many different ways. Inspiration to us all.
Hi Sue, stunningly beautiful card today. I love your fab design, and colour choice. I have just purchased some of that blush card from Julia, and can't wait to use it. I am in the middle of creating a wedding card, box, and bag made with the Teal. So as soon as I finish that I will try out the blush card. Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Bit of a late post for me today-I've been chasing my tail all day long so it was fortunate that I managed to have a sneaky peak at today's demo last night before bed...best time to watch as no unwanted interruptions occur! What I don't love about the Noble dies isn't worth mentioning, which is ironic because on their initial release they didn't scream "buy me you fool!". However, over the months and subsequent releases I have realised that they are a godsend and an absolute essential to any crafters stash-I have collected 4sets now and fully intend to complete the series ASAP , just as soon as the Big C is over and done with. I am descending into an agitated state of quiet desperation that I haven't managed to buy even one Christmas release die yet....gosh! There's less than five months before the big day! I'd better get a move on!!! No crafting for me today, just like Norah and Frances said the hill were alive with the sounds of summer! Yes....we had sunshine in Stirling today! Yippee! So I decided to have a cream tea at the foot of the Ochils , gazing at the myriad of colours and textures on display...if only you could bottle such a view you would make millions! So nice to hear from Norah, such a shame about your tough year, but the younger generation has a habit of distracting us in a positive way from our woes. Hope you managed to find time to appreciate the hills today too, it really lifts the spirits. Molly, you are such a sweetie-just as everyone else has said, I too have used my dies the wrong way round during a moment of brain freeze, and you can see nearly every die that I have used in printed on my plates. It's the sign of a well loved and much used machine and your Gran will be thrilled that it has brought you so much pleasure....spend your pocket money on a new die insteadxxxx Beth, I am sure that you are snowed under with packing for your hols, but i just wanted to say have a lovely break and recharge those batteries with Mr B and the girlsxxxx Thinking of you too Yvonne, really miss the banter and looking forward to you being back to your bestxxx Huge hugs to all of my friends on Sues wondrous blog and to the lovely lady herself, you are much missed and hugely appreciatedxxx
Hi Sue, I am lost for words, and if you knew me you would know that is a first!! This card is stunning, I think it could be my absolute favourite. The video was brilliant, interesting seeing you emboss the frame first, I shall try that. The noble dies just work so well together, I am ashamed to,say I don't have any of them yet but once my bank balance has recovered from the festive collection investment they will be next.
Molly, I bought the smaller plates for the grand Calibur last week and do you know what? I have already cut into the grey plate TWICE. So don't worry sweetie, we all do it.
Hi Sue and your crafty crew Loving today's card. Those Nobel dies are so beautiful and so useful And the pastel colours you have used are lush Hope everyone is well Take care Theresa G x

beautiful card Sue. x
ReplyDeleteLovely, delicate card today Sue, would be lovely for a wedding. Hope you are enjoying your break.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue and all
ReplyDeleteI made a card in blush and white last week and have to say as beautiful as the photos are they don't do this combination justice. So soft and feminine. Still being teased by noble dies as I opted for the new Xmas collection so can't wait to save again for next splurge. The little flowers just set it all off. Todays card is just perfect
Muriel x
Your card is absolutely beautiful Sue, so feminine. I can see it in all white for a wedding. I definitely need these noble dies to complement my ever growing collection of SW dies. Pat x
ReplyDeleteGood morning Sue and the Wilsonettes,
ReplyDeleteI have just got your new noble dies which are stunning as this beautiful creation shows that you have made for us today.
Love and crafty hugs

Molly having a cut in your base plate is the sign of a good crafter- we have all done it and the professionals all admit to doing it too. It will be fine for years to come xxx

ReplyDeleteHi sue and lovely wilsonettes x
Such a pretty card today sue I absolutely love everything about it x its gorgeous x I think the way you have designed your dies to mix and match so well is fantastic x its so great that a designer thinks of the crafter as we are not all millionaires and personally I like to get as much out of a die as I can and you give us endless possibilites with just a couple of sets x so thankyou so much sue x
Lancashire steph you are not the only one !!! I always keep my craft room a little bit messy so any new sue purchases just don't get noticed x that's my excuse anyway ! And yes I do have the guilt battle but I know how much enjoyment I get out of crafting x
Norah sending you a hug x its great to see you back x
Take care everyone x

ReplyDeleteWell summer finally came to my corner of Central Scotland today. It was raining first thing but cleared into a beautifully warm and sunny day. The only drawback is the wind but I don't care as I am going down the garden to dig up some new potatoes for dinner without getting my feet wet.
Enjoy your evening everyone.

Good evening Sue and the fabulous Wilsonettes!
ReplyDeleteBit of a late post for me today-I've been chasing my tail all day long so it was fortunate that I managed to have a sneaky peak at today's demo last night before bed...best time to watch as no unwanted interruptions occur!
It's the sign of a well loved and much used machine and your Gran will be thrilled that it has brought you so much pleasure....spend your pocket money on a new die insteadxxxx
Beth, I am sure that you are snowed under with packing for your hols, but i just wanted to say have a lovely break and recharge those batteries with Mr B and the girlsxxxx
Thinking of you too Yvonne, really miss the banter and looking forward to you being back to your bestxxx
Huge hugs to all of my friends on Sues wondrous blog and to the lovely lady herself, you are much missed and hugely appreciatedxxx
Love and crafty hugs,
Laine1972xxxxxx

ReplyDeleteBetter late than never.
Beautiful card, another one to try.
Zena x
Stunning card today Sue, thank you.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue,
ReplyDeleteI am lost for words, and if you knew me you would know that is a first!!
Love and hugs for all
