Hello bloggers! Here is your first introduction to the Scandinavian Collection. This card features the pretty background die. This die just looks so pretty with any sort of colour but I have opted for a white on white treatment with this one with just a pop of colour to set it off. ReplyDeleteI so love the simplicity of this card I often make white on white with a splash of colour I so love your background dies, my crafty spending is on hold as I need to get through Christmas and January birthdays and then we have the car insurance, mot and tax it only seems like last week we did all this and its come round again.
I got a letter yesterday and my first hand operation is on the 8th December so trying to finish off all cards as I will be out of action for a few months.
Hubby at the dentist today and might do some christmas shopping or may just bake some cookies.

I did that thing where you look at a picture Nd see one thing, then go away and come back and see another! When I first looked I thought you had used the die purely to emboss as I could only "see" the negative. But after reading the words and looking again, the positive popped out! Either way, I love it x

ReplyDeleteYou have went back to my favourite kind of SW card....white. There is nothing to beat your pure white cards Sue and todays beautiful background shows up so lovely. I knew i had made the right choice the minute i had seen the new flower dies as these have made a beautiful flower and in the pop of purple it is just enough. Thank you Sue for another stunning card and stunning die. I love it when we get shown something that is what we want and not just a gimic. We took my daughter to South Derbyshire for an interview yesterday set off at 6am, didn't know the motorways around that area and got stuck on the M42 it took us 4 hrs to get there, am not good for man or beast today so a complete rest day for me but will be checking back at 12pm, wouldn't miss it for the world. ReplyDeleteYet another beautiful card! I too love white on white and this is a really pretty die set. Love the pop of purple/ blue of the lovely little flowers.
Weather is lovely here today too. Going to Southport this afternoon to do some crafting with the residents of a care home. Will miss the launches 'Live' but will try to catch up.
