Hi there my crafty friends! Here's another clean and simple card for you. I started by cutting three baskets out of tan card. I inked around the edges lightly with Tea Dye distress ink. Next I cut all the items to go in the baskets; eggs, flowers and carrots from the Easter Essentials die set. I cut the flowers in a myriad of colours . I cut the carrots out of orange card and used a green marker for the tops and I cut all the eggs out of pastel colours. To put them in the baskets the easiest way I found was to cut a small circle and glue the items to the top of the circle, but making sure they cover the circle completely. That left me with the bottom part of the circle to glue behind the baskets. I arranged them on a strip of white card then matted it in black. I added the strip to a larger piece of white card and put the Happy Easter sentiment at the lower corner. I cut the sentiment in black and added it to a white shadow backing piece. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6 3/4" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x
