Wishing You A Beautiful Day
Hi crafters! I selected a piece of milk card to use for the background. I taped the Ornate Tiles stencil over it and inked through it with Fossilized Amber Distress ink. I cut a piece of white card for the bottom of the card and scored it vertically across. I added a thin piece of card between the two parts cut from the postage stamp dies. I cut two of the Window dies in milk card. I glued them on top of each facing different directions so each end would look the same. I added mounting foam to the back of it. I cut a smaller piece of card to fit the window and added two trees from the Swing Tree dies set. I added a tire swing to one of them and a birds nest to the other. Several clouds were added from the You Are My Sunshine die set behind the trees as well as a few birds. There were grass tufts added beneath the trees as well as a friendly squirrel. I added the window horizontally to the top of the card. I used the Wishing You A Beautiful Day sentiment cut from tan card and black card. I shadowed the sentiment then added it to the shadow backing die. The card was completed with milk mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
