Wishing You Peace, Love & Joy

Hi there my crafty friends!  I'm back with the second sentiment in the release.  Introducing the Wishing You Peace, Love & Joy sentiment.  This die has been designed in two parts, you get the sentiment and an outer shadow backing die as well.  Each word within the sentiment has been hooked together so you have the ability to change the orientation of the sentiment if your project requires it.  You could easily make it a stacked vertical design if desired.  I'm sure you know by now to add your comment on the bottom of this post to get the maximum number of entries allowed.  The next post will be on the blog at 3pm today.  Hope to see you then!  All for now, Sue x

Candy Canes

Hello crafters!  The next die set on offer is the Candy Canes.  This set has ten dies in it, including the two candy canes (left and right facing) and their cutting edge dies, a bow, several holly leaves and berries and a larger pine sprig.  Everything you need to make some adorable Christmas cards!  Shown here in a more traditional style, the candy canes crisscrossed against the Pierced Lattice Background make a stunning Christmas card, don't you think?  Add your comment on to this post for safe measures and you will be entered into the drawing to possibly win the entire collection.  The next post will be here at noon.  All for now,  Sue x

Merry Christmas

Hi crafters!  We have our first sentiment die and it is a larger style of the Merry Christmas sentiment.  I love that you can use it and make a beautiful clean and simple styled card or dress it up with some flowers if you desire.  And see, the ribbon dies work great with the sentiment as well as in a vertical orientation.  Pop your comment on this post so you are sure to get your entries for the drawing.  That's it for the second day of the launch, but there's still more to come starting here at 6am tomorrow morning!  All for now, Sue x

Crystal Kaleidoscope

Hello there my crafty friends!  Next up is the Crystal Kaleidoscope die set.  This is one of my personal favourites from the release, I just love the beautiful aperture it gives you.  This set has four dies in it, with two different sections and both with separate cutting dies so you can easily back it with a different colour if desired.  This die is perfect for those clean and simple cards too if you prefer that look.  Great for batch making cards as well.   Don't forget to leave a comment on this post.  I would love to hear what you think so far too.  There are three more days to go though so lots more to share with you.  That is all for the first day, but I will return at 6am tomorrow morning for the start of day two.  All for now, Sue x

Pinwheel Snowflake

Hi crafters!  The next die that I'm showcasing is the Pinwheel Snowflake die set.  This set has six dies in it so you can use parts of it  or all of it as I have done in this sample shown here.  It has been designed in three different sections, each with it's own cutting die so you can back the die cut with different colours or whatever suits your project.  Even though it is called the Pinwheel Snowflake, this is another die that is definitely not just for Christmas either!  Leave a comment if this set is floating your boat so to speak.  The last post of the day will be here at 6pm today.  All for now, Sue x

Pierced Lattice Background

Hello bloggers!  The next die on offer is the Pierced Lattice Background die.  While this die is definitely not exclusively for Christmas, it will make a great background for any card themes.  Shown here, you can see how I have cut the die in several colours and crisscrossed it to create a completely different look.  You can also see how nice it looks with the Christmas Angel as well.  Leave a comment on this post if this die is calling your name.  I will return at 3pm today for the third die of the day.  All for now, Sue x

For You

Hello there my crafty friends!  I cut the Diamond Radiance Background out of cobalt blue card.  I backed it with a piece of black card.  I cut the Ornate Tile die in white and cut it in half then attached it so that it was peeking out from underneath the Diamond Radiance Background.  I added it into a larger piece of white card.  I cut the Dazzling Diamond die three times out of white card.  I nipped down the sides of the die leaving three squares with smaller squares art the ends of each corner.  I added all three across the middle of the background with mounting foam.  I cut a small frame using the Double Pierced Circles, added mounting foam to the back and added it to a piece of white card.  I cut the Art Deco For You sentiment in black and glued it to the inside of the circular frame.  I added the frame to the middle of the card with mounting foam.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/4"  x  8 1/2" in size.

Have A Roaring Good Time

Good Sunday morning all! To make today's monochromatic card,  I selected a piece of silver sparkle card to use and matted it with black card.  Using the Looped Ovals, I cut two out of black card and one out of white card using the third from the smallest die in the set.  Next I cut the car from the Travel In Style die set.  I cut two of them out of white gloss card and one from black gloss card and added them onto the looped dies of the opposite colour.  I attached all three down the centre of the silver sparkle card.  I cut the Have A Roaring Good Time sentiment out of black gloss card.  I cut a larger piece of white card and added the sentiment to the very bottom of it.  I attached the larger silver sparkle card above it with mounting foam.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 1/2"  x  9 1/2"   in size.

You Are So Special

Hello bloggers!  I selected a piece of pixied card that was made using Midnight Blue Pixie Powders.  I cut it using the Double Stitched Squares.  I cut the Looped Squares in white and matted the blue background on top of it.  Using the Dynamic Daisies, I cut enough flowers to create four flower heads.  I cut them from a piece of white card that was glittered with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz.  I cut the stems and leaves out of green card and assembled the flowers and stems and added them to the blue background.  I added yellow centres to the flowers.  The You Are So Special sentiment was cut in both black and white.  The white die cut sentiment was shadowed with the black one, then glued into the top of the card.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7"  x  7"  in size.
