Birthday Wishes
Hello bloggers! I selected a pixied piece from my background stash for today's card. I used Aqua Lagoon and Midnight Blue Pixie Powders on it. Next I cut the Art Deco Ornate Tile in both black and white. I shadowed the white one with the black die cut, then cut the middle die in black and layered it up on top. I cut one more of the Ornate Tile in white and nipped it in half. I added the halves to the underside of the focal element, extending the die across the card. I added two thin black lines to the sides of the card. I cut the Art Deco Birthday Wishes in white and glued it across the middle of the die. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 9 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Hi Sue. What a lovely art deco creation for us today. I would have to say that it wouldn't look the same if you had used a sentiment in a different font style so it really is worth getting the sentiments to go with the designs.
