You're Always In My Heart

Hello there my crafty friends!  I selected a piece of pixied card from my background stash. The piece was made using Lava Red and Candy Pink Pixie Powders.  I cut the Loving Heart Frame  about five times out of white card.  I cut all of them in half from corner to corner.  I attached them to the background starting with the pieces almost touching in the middle, then added the rest of them inside of the others to fill up the background.  I trimmed them even with the edges.  I cut two of the Looped Ovals in white and matted them.  I added that to the middle of the card with mounting foam.  I cut the You're Always In My Heart sentiment cut in black.  I made two dimensional flowers using the extra dies from the Magnolia Corner.  I glittered them and added them to the right corner of the sentiment and added white leaves as accents.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 7 1/2"  x  7 1/2"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

  13. Good Morning Sue and all that visit this morning
I love this card and I was just thinking about last weekend. We went to my niece's wedding on Sunday, and my thoughts... When I opened party craft this morning was, wouldn't this be lovely for the bridegroom to send to his new bride on the morning of their wedding. I am an old romantic, I know , but it would be nice. Thankyou Sue.
Sending hugs 🤗 and best wishes to everyone who needs them today. Please stay safe and well 🙏

Such a clever use of the loving heart frame, wish I could see what you see when you look at a die, and combined with the pixie powders makes a stunning background

  19. Hi Sue. What a stunning card today. I love the colour you have created for the background and what a great idea to chop up the hearts to add on top of this. You don't really need to add too much more to this creation.
