Hello bloggers! I have a quick and easy card to share with you today. I selected bright orange and purple card to use for the background, they always seem like good Halloween colours to me. I cut a wide strip of both, matted them in white and taped them to a piece of black card. I cut the Skeleton die set three times out of white card. I added four skeletons to the top orange section and four sketetons to the bottom purple section. Even though there are only three skeletons in the set, the one crouching down looks great upside down too! I cut the Ghoulish Greetings sentiment in white and glued it to the centre of the card. I completed the card with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x 9 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Fabulous card Sue, this is such a fun card xx Hazel
ReplyDeleteLol Sue. Who was it last week that mentioned that very old song "dem bones dem bones, dem (something) bones lol obviously I'm too young to remember the words In between where I've typed (something) lol. Its such a great sample of what you can do with a few pieces of scrap cardstock, one perfect comical Halloween die with an expression die - and of course we can't forget our personal mentor with the very creative brain. Yet again you've helped start the day in the UK with a smile. Another stressful motorway drive to Ann Topp country to let my other rheumatology professor check out my surgery is healing which it isn't, its a long way to go for one person to give me a puzzled look then for them to ask another 4 medical colleagues to join us in the consultation rooms, we almost have enough people to turn it into a party - a Halloween party lol my 'Alien' could play a part in the goings on lol.
ReplyDeleteLove to all, enjoy the dry weather just for now and please stay well xx
