Hello crafters! I started with a piece of white card and used the Hexagonal Edger die and cut it into the card on the top and bottom edges. I backed the card with a piece of ruby red card. Next I cut the Poinsettia Corner die twice in white card. I cut the extra flowers in red card coated with Fire Red Polished Silk Glitter and glued them behind the flowers in the poinsettia corner. I cut the leaves in green and glued them to the corner as well. I added the corners to each side of the card facing each other. I used the centre die from the Loving Hearts Frame and cut it in white and black. I used the black die cut as a shadow behind it. I glued it to the centre of the card in a diamond orientation between the two poinsettia corners. I cut the With Love At Christmas sentiment in red, shadowed it in black and glued it to the centre of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 9" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, another gorgeous sample today, I have made something similar to this an it has come out beautifully, thank you for the inspiration.

Hi Sue.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning is all I can say. With all the red polish glitter (which if you've not invested in, you certainly must) its not like all the other glitters on the market that shed all over the place and make a real mess, you can't hardly feel this it's soooo soft, it lasts forever and you won't find better quality elsewhere.
So with that alone this festive inspiration will sing from the festive fire mantle year after year, it's just stunning xx
Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card. The poinsettia corners are beautiful and the polished glitter looks amazing.
