Hello crafters! I started by embossing a piece of white card with the new Heart To Heart Embossing folder. Next I cut the Lace Rose Heart die with two pieces of white card at the same time. The top piece will cut completely and the bottom piece will have the impression from the die and cut just around the outside (every once in awhile, it will cut some of the pieces on the bottom die so you need to check it before taking the die cut out of the die and tape the back if needed). I coloured the bottom piece with markers. I glued the top die cut over the coloured one and added a pink scalloped backing piece behind it. I attached it to the top of the card. I cut the Heart Scroll Buckle die in white and slide a piece of white card through it. I cut the heart in pink and glued the word Love on to it then added it to the buckle. I wrapped the edges around the back of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 1/4" x 8" in size.

What a beautiful piece of inspiration, I've seen you do this on a few occasions pre Covid. The days I'd count down to knowing you were scheduled to appear on C&C sit there glued to your demonstrations and this double cardstock cutting would have me enthralled because I'd always mess it up lol (that's why you're our Fairy Craftmother) because mostly your demo's were spot on and beautiful just like this Love card front.

The Lace Rose Heart is my favourite die from your last release and it looks really amazing on this beautiful card!
Hi Sue. Love this delicate heart die which is ideal for any romantic occasion and I also like the fact that it is not too big so can easily be used for smaller cards.
