Love
Good Sunday morning all! I started this card by covering a piece of white card with a piece of sticky adhesive sheet. I cut the Slimline Anniversary Hearts out of vellum several times. I peeled the backing paper off the sticky sheet and attached the Anniversary Hearts to it. I used one more and nipped it into pieces to fill in the open areas. I coated the remaining exposed adhesive areas with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I cut the Love Border in black and added it to a white shadow backing piece then attached it with mounting foam to the right side of the card. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8" in size. All for now, Sue x
Hi Sue. You really have given us a clean, simple beautiful piece of inspiration this morning. It's so peaceful to the eye, you could do something very similar without the sparkle and change the sentiment for a sympathy or thinking of you. Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, absolutely beautiful, I had to read it a couple of times before I understood what you did, then looking at the photo's well the penny dropped so to speak, I am going to have a go at this.
Hi Sue. Once I had read the description of how you had made this card I can now imagine how beautiful it looks but unfortunately it really doesn't show on my laptop screen. (and my eyesight isn't as good as it used to be!)
Hi Sue a stunning card. I know I forgot something when going to the NEC but it was not the best craft show to find any of your dies and stamps so might look on-line. x
