Thinking Of You
Good Sunday morning all! today's card is a quick and easy card with a rustic flair to it. I cut the Woodgrain Plank Background out of chestnut brown card. I used Gathered Twigs distress ink to highlight the woodgrain a bit. Next, I cut two Sunflowers from the Layered Sunflowers die set. I used two shades of yellow for the flowers and added brown centres to them. I cut the leaves with two shades of green and added them to the flowers in the corner of the card. I added glue to the centres then sprinkled them with medium micro beads. I cut the Thinking Of You sentiment in white and glued it to the top of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6" x 7" in size. All for now, Sue x

Hi Sue. Easy and quick, but meaningful in a beautiful way. I really love the newest collection of sentiments and think I'll treat myself to a couple that I know will make beautiful CAS on smaller blank cards. Can I say that June Horrocks is back in hospital and so is her husband after major surgery to help give them longer together but he has no idea June is also in the hospital, she is so troubled about everything and has asked me to send her love to you Sue and I have to say she misses the blog and family very much, I promised and kept it as I do all promises. This is a beautiful design Sue with the wooden look background that would go so well with all the new floral and sentiment collection. Hope everyone is as well as can be. Lots of love to all the comment today. Happy Sunday/Monday xxx

I say male because, I know of some men in our area, who go all out to grow the biggest and best sunflower they can !!!. So I am sure they would love to receive this. Thankyou Sue.
