Cute As A Button
Hello there my crafty friends! I began today's shaker card by cutting the Plaid Background out of custard, powder pink and wisteria card. I offset them and layered them up so all the colours were showing then added a white backing to them. Using the Round Corner Squares, I made a white frame and added it over the background with mounting foam. I cut the Large Pierced Star in white and glued acetate to the back of it. I added mounting foam to it then filled it with Crystal Stars. I sealed it with another piece of acetate then added t to the card at a jaunty angle. I cut the racoon and bunny from the Baby Woodland Animals set and coloured them and added them to the side of the star. I cut the Cute As A Button die in white and nipped the words apart and glued them in the corner. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 7 3/4" x 7 3/4" in size. All for now, Sue x

Fabulous card Sue, love the little critters sat on the star and the background xx Hazel
Great card Sue, and the sentiment is so apt with the raccoon and bunny sat on the star. The background die is going to be so useful for all sorts of cards, especially teenagers and men’s cards
Morning Sue.
Thank you a very cute card I just love them
and cannot wait to play with them.
Take care Kitty.
Hi Sue. How I love the new baby collection it's so sweet, they'll be no more babies in our family yet for many years, and I'm unlikely going to be around when it does happen lol, but that won't stop me adding to what I already have and the top of my list is the animals.
I'm loving your new baby inspiration Sue but they go beyond a new baby, early birthdays, christening etc so much variety as always.
Hope everyone is well, love to all xx
Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, oh this is brilliant, so cute, yes I love it, my plaid die is on order so i can have a play when it arrives. Love it.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hi Sue
Happy Friday everyone x
Oh todays card is a real ‘make you say ah’ card. As the sentiment suggests - cute. I have had a good old look through the most recent launch and it’s amazing. All the cards are absolutely beautiful. I always try and put your new dies in some sort of order as to which ones I want most but with this launch, almost impossible. Oh ok, maybe the animals are top of my list. They’re so sweet and would be the perfect addition to your stitched animals from quite a few years back 👍🏻
Crewe Trish - hope all goes well at the pain clinic x
Take care everyone x
Sending positive thoughts to all x

Hi Sue
I do like a shaker card and the noble stars were my favourite from your new launch so this card really appeals to me. Your plaid background was very popular on Hobbymaker when Jamie was demonstrating the new collection of baby dies
Crewe Trish hope you get some help at the pain clinic, you’ve had a long wait
Love and hugs to everyone

Hi Sue. Love how you have used the big star on the card, using it to stand the baby animals on. I am still not too sure about the plaid background, I think it must just be me as everyone else seems to love it.
