Just Because
Hello there my crafty friends! I cut two of the Looped Squares in white as the base for the card. Next I cut the Butterfly Rectangle Frame in white. I used a piece of Silver Sparkle Alcohol ink card and made stripes of various alcohol inks in a diagonal pattern. I cut the Just Because Block sentiment out of it and used the leftover bits to cut the extra butterflies for the card. I glued all the butterflies behind the die in each of the butterfly spots. I glued the Block sentiment to the centre of the card and added the Just Because cut in white. I cut a Clipped Corner Rectangle and seated the frame on it. I used the Poinsettia Scalloped border and cut the scalloped lattice part twice in white. I glued it to the top and bottom areas on the Clipped Corner Rectangle die. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" in size. All for now, Sue x
Morning Sue and all that pop in, thanks for your caring wishes yesterday I really hope everyone had a really lovely day of fun, we may have our day today as yesterday was full of migraine and feeling unwell, my keeper had his 4th day of migraine due to stress, and I'm still not great, what a mash up lol a right pair you could say, but this inspiration Sue is just gorgeous absolutely beautiful so I'm putting everything else to one side and immersing myself into the beauty of your design. I hope everyone's festivities yesterday was full of fun, family and making memories and today some of the same. Morning Sue. What a lovely bright and cheerful card today. It's a bit like the weather over here, yesterday it was a grey, rainy day and today the sun is shining and it is quite warm. I always forget about using alcohol inks as I am always concerned about making a mess with them but this card has given me the encouragement to give the technique another try.
Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, what a super creation today, love the colourful background but the loop dies are my favourite, I have used them so much these past few months, it is always nice to get another sample to make too. Brilliant.

Just because is always going to be a winner - perfect sentiment for whenever you know sending someone a card is just going to help them smile. Good Afternoon. Sue. Please forgive me for not being here for a few days. As you said hectic ... Visiting friends ... Dropping gifts off. And of course the family as always . So yes busy busy. And then I got up yesterday with a steaming nose and bouncing headache. In other words I think it's the flu . So a very quiet restful day today. I hope every one had a lovely day yesterday and to everyone please enjoy the rest of the festive holiday.
