Merriest Christmas

Hi there my crafty friends!  I embossed a piece of white card using the Nordic Tiles embossing folder.  Next I used the Heart Scalloped Border and cut it into red card twice.  I added a white backing with a sticky adhesive sheet added to both pieces.  I used Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz on the exposed adhesive then added mounting foam to them and attached them to the top and bottom of the card.  I cut the Oval Wreath Frame in white and cut the centre out of the frame.  I added mounting foam to the back and seated it in the centre of the card.    I cut the Merriest Christmas sentiment in red, shadowed it in black and glued it to the inside of the wreath frame.  I used the poinsettias from the Poinsettia Scalloped Border and cut them in red.  I nipped them apart and added three of them around the sentiment.  The card was completed with white and red mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8"  x   9 1/4"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

    Sue.
    This is absolutely stunning. I'd probably keep the background plain on this beautiful inspiration just to show how pretty the oval wreath frame is, give it the spotlight so to speak.
    I'd be thrilled to receive such a beautiful card this festive season.
