Peace On Earth

Hello crafters!  How about a monochromatic Christmas card for a change!  I used the Round Corner Squares to make a multi-layered frame using a wider white base, a thin black middle and a thin silver top piece.  Next I cut the Wreath Frame a couple of times out of white card.  I cut the frame into parts and attached them to the inside of the frame using mounting foam.  I attached the frame to a slightly larger piece of white card.  I used the Round Corner Squares again and cut a smaller multi-layered frame for inside the larger frame of the card.  I layered four of the Round Corner Square dies together and taped them then cut a piece of silver card and a piece of black card with them.  I taped the back of the silver card pieces so they would stay together, then added a single black frame to the top inside of the frame.  I added mounting foam to the back and attached a white backing piece to it, then added it to the centre of the card.  I cut the Peace On Earth sentiment in black and glued it into the frame.  The card was completed with white, black and silver mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8 1/4"  x  8 1/4"  in size.  All for now. Sue x

  6. Good Morning Sue. I agree with all our other Wilsonettes this morning.
We are in Turkey at the moment and TurKish people are doing all they can to make the day with ambience. There are union jacks and pictures of our beautiful queen all over the place. So Thankyou Sue and all our Turkish friends for honouring our beautiful Monarch. Sending hugs and best wishes to everyone who needs them today. Kind Regards Ann Toppcards in Leeds. Please stay safe and well🙏
