Spider's Web
Good morning all! Last, but not least! The final die in my Halloween collection is the Spider's Web Background. I have to admit, I am not a fan of spiders (or any creepy crawlers really), but having a spider's web is absolutely essential if you want to make some eerie Halloween cards or projects, don't you think? While this Spiders Web makes a great background, you can also cut it up and use pieces of it as I have done here. I love the way Jamie's haunted tree and gate look with it, don't you! If this one is floating your boat, then just leave a comment on this post. Well Sue its been very different very interesting but I've loved the designs of the figures, and the haunted house was fantastic. It's lovely that they've been received well here in the UK but I did think there would be a few of us that loved these dies but unfortunately would never get as much use as your other designs, but I'm sure they'll have gone down a storm over the pond and other countries that make Halloween a big celebration of fun. Personally I'm crossing my fingers for a collection of dies with the beautiful font you are so loved for that cover Mum right through to in -law and every relative in between, it's so frustrating when I've made a nice card for someone and the only way I can personalise it is by dragging the printer out and setting up the laptop and I don't always feel fit enough to go through all that trouble for 2 - 3 words lol. Good luck to those that are hoping their name is chosen, and Sue, this launch had been fun and sweet in a goolish kind of way lol. Stay well and happy xxx

Morning Sue, what an amazing release of these awesome dies. I don't like spiders either, but this set is at least inanimate. Loving this die and post. The die I would use in mixed media projects as well (particularly as a stencil) and alongside a certain licensed theme but as part of this collection its perfect....Thanks for sharing another great launch and like many others whilst halloween isn't a big here as in the states all of these dies will have their use....

Like a lot of people, I don't 'do spiders or daddy long legs'! Love the web though as again, looking beyond card making you could decorate your event with it as well as using it on non halloween themed card projects. I think the release has been very successful as it has come across to me as being multi functional. WakeyL

I really don’t like spiders or creepy crawlies either, however I can see beauty in their webs and this one looks good on the card. Love the colours you have blended too. It’s a really dramatic card and Jamie’s gate looks perfect on it.

Hi Sue. I agree that you do need to have a spiders web within your Halloween die collection and by changing the colours of the background it could be ideal for cards for the younger generation or for those fans of a certain young wizard.

Good evening, or should I say a very early good morning? Well Sue I'm like you I hate spiders and not a fan of cobwebs either really but I can see this die being cut to make a stencil used over black card with with some white polishes or pastes, and like you say it could be cut into sections for corners like you have used or into smaller sections and dotted over and glued for a different background, I see lots of options for this.
THIS is super exciting! I’ve been waiting for years hoping that someday there would be a Halloween release! Yay! Love the designs of your entire Halloween mini collection! This girl is very happy! ��
