Deepest Wishes For A Happy Birthday

Hi bloggers!  I started by cutting two oval apertaures into a piece of white card.  I used the Double Stitched Ovals and made two frames to go around the apertures.  I added them with mounting foam.  In the upper aperture, I used the Aquatic Plants die set and cut several plants of differing colours and I added the Scuba Diver cut in slate grey.  In the lower aperture, I added Neptune, along with a few plants and accents.  In the upper corner, I cut two dolphins and the first part of the sentiment.  In the lower corner, I added the Happy Birthday and a red crab from the Under The Sea Creatures.  The card was completed with white mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 8 1/4"  x  9 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  2. Hi Sue.
I love this. I'm not a real lover of the underwater scene collection but that's just one single opinion... BUT I'm wondering if there's something valuable about that star because the diver looks determined to get to it but Neptune looks absolutely determined to keep him well away - will there be a part 2 to this underwater battle lol, its lovely Sue.
Love to all that pop in today and hope the weekend went well with no 'mishaps' or falls 🤔 xxx

  21. Hi Sue, this is how you keep us on our toes and our imaginations whirring. Yesterday all calm and serene and today busy, busy. A great card and I love the two vignettes and the dolphins although the crab looks a bit evil :-)

  22. Hi Sue. What a really cute card today. The apertures are the perfect size for adding all the little die cuts from the underwater collection and I am sure we could use some of your other dies to make equally attractive little scenes.

Hi Sue and everyone, well I love this set of dies. I think they are fabulous, great for kids aswell as for men and women. I think they tell wonderful stories and make fantastic cards.
I just adore how you coloured Neptune and the apertures are like Port holes looking into the sea.
Definitely made me smile today Sue, thank you.
