You Are A Great Friend

Good Sunday morning all!  Using the Boulevard Lights, Golden Marble and Molten Gold Pixie Sparkles, I created the background for this card.  I used the Noble Vintage Frames and cut three large frames in white and gued them to the background overlapping each other.  I cut the You Are A Great Friend sentiment in both white and black and shadowed it, then glued it to the centre of the frames.  I used the French Marigold die set to create three flowers out of Antique Gold card.  I seated the flowers in opposite corners and added some leaves from th Pinwheel Floral die set as accents. The card was completed with white, black and antique gold card mats and layers.  The finished dimenions are 8"  x  8 1/2" in size.  All for now, Sue x

  7. What a beautiful way to start the day (depending where in the world you're looking in from)
A beautiful, quick card for anyone, and for many an occasion. I have many a cut frame from your Noble dies Sue so useful to hold on to all sizes, widths etc well it wouldn't be very frugal or craft friendly to throw them away, it all adds to the question - where on earth do I store them all lol but with files or A4 cello bags holding pixie background sheets etc this card is halfway there, and with the dozens of plastic single use containers holding 100's of petals and ice-cream soft scoop salted caramel containers holding leaves and the beautiful forna you have given us from the Finishing Touch dies, what's left - just a beautiful sentiment job done, we're happy but the recipient is happier.
Enjoy your day whatever you're doing, stay and keep well, love to all xxx

  12. Good Morning Sue. Wow. What a card. I agree with some of the other comments about it being used for other occasions. And with a few colour changes ... Swap the flowers for a football or dart board ... You have a quick man card. Thankyou Sue.
Sending hugs 🤗 and best wishes to everyone who needs them today. PLEASE STAY SAFE 🙏 🙏 🙏.

  15. Hi Sue. When I first saw this card it reminded me very much of the cards that you used to make with all the frames and the flowers. What a really interesting background which actually looks like natural stone on my screen.
