Aquatic Plants

Hi bloggers!  The Aquatic Plants die set is up next.  This is definitey one of those sets that I could describe as a "worker" set!  It gives you the tools to put together some great underwater scenes with a wide variety of the aquatic plants to use.  There are five very different types of seagrasses that can be mixed and matched to provide some beautiful backdrops for your cards and projects!  I dare say that you could probably even use them among your garden themed cards too to add fullness and variety, they don't have to be just for underwater!  I also would like to mention that the background is actually one of the pages from the Nautical themed paper pad too in its blue and white stripes (more on that later).  Just leave a comment on this post if this set is to your liking!  All for now, Sue x

Great post and one of my favourite die sets so far as it will be so versatile and doesn't necessarily need to be 'aquatic'...The papers are looking good as well. Looking forward to tomorrow....

  8. I love this sample its brilliant. If only I could get back to market again, I have 100+ cards for every occasion just waiting to be aired, so at the moment it would be daft to have more dies sitting around apart from your house fronts of course ready for (C) cards.
What an interesting day Sue full of underwater wonders, looking forward to see what's what tomorrow till then be safe xxx

  31. Hi Sue, I have loved all of your cards so far but as the circle of people for whom I make cards gets smaller each year I know I would not get the use from any of the dies that they deserve. However, the Aquatic Plants are a different matter and I can easily see them being used in other arrangements.

  45. Hi Sue. Although these under the sea themed dies are all really nice, I can't see me using them all, however, these plants could so easily be used among the floral dies, so I could see me using them with those.

  51. It just keeps getting better! These aquatic plants are gorgeous, and looks great the way you've cut them in a variety of colours. That reed at the top of the pack in particular really captures the movement that these plants would have underwater - great design work.
