Follow Your heart

Good Sunday morning all!  I have a quick, easy card to share today!  I started with the background and used Beyond Blue Pixie Sparkles all over a piece of white card.  I spritzed it with water to activate the powder.  Once dry, I used the Hearts On A String embossing folder to add texture to the background.  I cut the Decorative Heart Aperture (on a leftover piece of pixied card) and used the three fall away hearts on this card.  I cut a strip of white card and matted it with black and attached it down the centre of the background.  I added the three heart to the card with mounting foam.  Next I cut the love heart from the Heart Accessories die set out of black card and glued them to the three hearts.  I cut the Follow Your Heart sentiment in black and glued it below the hearts.  The card was completed with white and black mats and layers.  The finished dimensions are 6 3/4"  x  8"  in size.  All for now, Sue x

    Morning Sue and all Wilsonettes, I so adore this pixie powder colours that you have used, it is like a combination of blues including my favourite aqua blue, amazing on the embossing folder, and the 4 hearts, really beautiful, thank you for sharing Sue xx.

    Hi Sue. You may think this card is quite simple, but I think it is so effective. It really shows off that pretty embossing folder and the three hearts down the center panel.
